Every meeting with Ronnie was as scheduled. He was always punctual and flexible with my schedule. We had 10 windows removed and replaced all in one day with the temperature in the 40's and snow on the grown. Every piece of debris, packaging, and garbage was cleaned up and removed from the property. Ronnie even pays attention to the little details like ensuring the calk matched the trim. Despite the door being under warranty, it took three weeks for a technician to initially come out. That visit lasted approximately five minutes, at which point I was told a replacement part was needed. It then took seven weeks for the part to arrive, followed by another week to schedule the installation. When the technician finally arrived to install the part, he was unable to remove the door from the track and left without completing the repair. After another week of repeated follow-ups on my part, I was told a return visit would be scheduled to address the issue. Unfortunately, the follow-up appointment resulted in a no-call, no-show. No one contacted me to explain the absence or to reschedule. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair has turned into a prolonged and frustrating experience due to poor communication, excessive delays, and missed appointments. This level of service is unacceptable.

I called today Tuesday April 15, 2025 to have some flashing around roof stacks repaired that has raised up. I was told they couldn't come out until Monday April 21, 2025. If we have any rain there's a possibility the roof may leak in those areas. I was told they were sorry , but they have around 30 other repairs they are trying to take care of. The salesman Scott Moore promised installation in October/November which never happened. Then Andre promised December. That didn't happen either. Allie promised January installation. They came and worked two days and finished half and promised to come back Monday. They never showed up and never called. Finally they came back a MONTH later and finished in February 2025, FIVE MONTHS after we purchased. Chris, the installer, told me I would get an invoice but instead, Aaron had me sued ten days later. Aaron is a piece of work. Aaron yelled at me and when I asked to speak to his Supervisor, he said he didn't have one, yelled some more and hung up on me. No one ever answers the phone in the office. You have to leave message after message to get anyone to respond to you. We contacted our lawyer to answer their lawsuit. Basically they did such a LOUSY job that Aaron wanted to give us $250 to sign a non-disclosure agreement to forbid us to give reviews. WHAT? No way. The installers left debris everywhere and one window sill needed to be replaced and was not. Hopefully they come and fix that but this has been the WORST experience ever with a vendor. RUN AWAY from them please.
