We found Luke's company on Yelp and were impressed with the positive reviews and the numerous examples of his superior customer service. Luke met us at the house in December of 2023 and we walked the property with a punchlist. He had the foresight to bring along his interior designer, Amy, who has proved to be amazing! He bid the project and reworked the scope in two weeks. The budget was approved and work began on February 14th. The project included carpet removal, new wood and tile flooring, rewiring of the entire 2800 sq foot basement, design-build basement kitchen-office and workout room, new master bathroom, three additional new bathrooms, new laundry room, addition of a pantry, etc. Needless to say the scope of this project would take most contractors over a year or longer to complete. Luke also managed lawn service, pool care, a mailbox replacement, furniture delivery, new garage door installation, foundation work and internet install. We spoke yesterday and he has scheduled the cleaning crew and a photographer. I will admit we are blown away and beyond impressed! 90 DAYS, ON TIME and ON BUDGET. Recently, we found Luke's Repairs and Remodeling to address the following issues: all interior and exterior doors were replaced and reframed, all pocket doors were replaced with new hardware which required removing and replacing the drywall. We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with. They had immense respect for each other. We are confident that the crew will stay with Luke. Finding a quality business to do home repair and remodeling is very difficult. Luke's Repair and Remodeling is a stellar company. My wife said, "Luke and his carpenters have made me fall in love with my home again". As for me, this was a $40,000 project and I could not be happier. We are looking forward to this summer when Luke will be back out to our home to remodel our master bathroom. Thanks Luke.

They never did the work claiming that no one was home to open the front door the day work was scheduled. The project was rescheduled for November 30th, only to not hear from them until May of 2016. Benjamin asked for the paint number and address again, and once again silence. I received an email On June giving me a date, I had someone at the house all day and no one showed up to do the work. I have been calling every phone number I can find and emailing every email that I have and still not heard from anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM!

We have an addition on the back of our house that's leaking in one small area. Our general…read morecontractor recommended hiring a roofer to properly fix the problem, so my wife and I did our due diligence by asking for three estimates for the job. Dave's Roof Repairs came out on time. The trio consisted of the dad, Dave, and two sons, whose names I didn't catch. The sons went up onto the roof while Dave and I chatted. I asked him a few pointed questions, like, "Do I need a whole new roof?" His answers were good--he didn't try to con me into replacing the roof on not just the addition, but also the main part of the house, unlike one of his competitors. Dave assured me that only the problematic section--basically, roughly the dimensions of one sheet of plywood--was all that needed to be replaced. (Dave didn't give me this answer before consulting with his sons, of course.) Everything went fine as far as that part of the process goes. Dave handed me a signed estimate, indicating, to me at least, that he wanted to do the work. The asking price was fair and, after my wife contacted the company to tell them that we'd like them to do the work, the scheduling was fairly quick. My wife went into work SUPER early on the Friday that Dave's Roof Repairs scheduled for us. That way, she would be home in time to meet them without missing work. They didn't show. Nobody contacted us, either, to let us know what was going on. Eventually, somebody from their office called to let her know that they had to reschedule. Thanks for making my wife disrupt her work schedule for nothing, Dave's Roof Repairs. We gave the company a second chance; the following Friday, which I had off from work anyway, I was supposed to meet them here at the house. They never showed. Or called. Or texted. Or emailed. Or otherwise communicated, with either my wife or me, their utter lack of interest in following through. The Monday morning after the no-call, no-show, my wife left the company a voicemail. That was four days ago and we haven't heard anything from them. Don't waste your time with this company. They can't be bothered to communicate with you despite the fact that you're paying them hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars for their services. Clearly, they don't care enough to let you know what's going on, or return your calls.
