I have been working with Majestic Roofing and remodeling on my son's house for about a year now…read more The house had to be totally gutted down to the studs after a fire. Wes and Chris came in with a great idea of enlarging the usable space on the 2nd. floor. We worked together to keep the project on budget. Of course there were a few glitches with sub contractors but Wes was quick to take care of any problems. Rick and Chris have each contributed to the project from their expertise. These 3 make a great team and their varied skills complement each other. They were an absolute god send in my search for a contractor I could work with.

Wanna give a big shoutout to an amazing roofing company BEAMS ROOFING!! If you're looking for…read morerepair, new roof (any kind!), flat roofs issues, even construction this is an Incredible company to work with!!! The owner WES came out himself to spend time with us (2 hours!!), took us up and pointed out issues and helped us understand what causes roof issues. He worked with our budget and even exceeded our expectations both in price and workmanship! These guys are amazing! Whole new shingled roof (scotchguarded shingles for this crazy florida weather!) and a silicone flat roof topping guarantees for 50 (!) years!!! Wes even came out after to inspect it himself and ensure we were happy! The crew was fast, efficient and cleanup was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience (I mean a leaky roof is in itself terrible to start out with). We are set for the holidays with money still in our pockets! Thank you Wes and crew! We couldn't be more grateful #BeamsRoofing

We moved into our home about two years ago and were severely disappointed with the shoddy…read moreworkmanship of our brand-new house. Recently, we found Luke's Repairs and Remodeling to address the following issues: all interior and exterior doors were replaced and reframed, all pocket doors were replaced with new hardware which required removing and replacing the drywall. We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with. They had immense respect for each other. We are confident that the crew will stay with Luke. Finding a quality business to do home repair and remodeling is very difficult. Luke's Repair and Remodeling is a stellar company. My wife said, "Luke and his carpenters have made me fall in love with my home again". As for me, this was a $40,000 project and I could not be happier. We are looking forward to this summer when Luke will be back out to our home to remodel our master bathroom. Thanks Luke.

But once it was all together with my white bath seat, white shower pan, repainted the white ceiling, it looks so clean and neat. They took their time snd didn't rush. Encouraged me to come check inside to check out the work. They were dressed professionally, were respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up. They even went a step further, when the original trim was removed, it pulled a half dollar size of paint off of my wall. They bought a whole gallon of paint, repainted the wall, and you can't see where the small area of paint had ever been missing.
