Initially, his calls went to voicemail, then to a voice message stating the company was on vacation. Once they reopened, my husband called again and spoke with a gentleman who said they'd be out on Tuesday. No one showed up. So, my husband called the company again on Wednesday and Thursday, but there's been either no answer or return call. At this point, we've given up. It's a shame (and very weird) because last fall a storm blew shingles off of our roof and Bella Built Roofing was very responsive, friendly (even making conversation with my father-in-law) and fairly priced.

The replacement of the roof seems to be done well enough, but Adam is extremely unreliable. He…read morespent months before doing the work after signing contract and did not even bother to call and give updates for weeks and months about the delay. He did not return calls and did not bother to explain , which would have been understandable with roof work. The only time he took initiative to call us was when the work was PARTIALLY complete (they did not do trim work as contracted) at which time I got multiple daily calls/texts about paying him for the partially completed work. I was hesitant to pay him for the roof portion of the job given his poor follow up and communication , but did so anyway figuring he needed to pay his crew. Obviously I was mistaken to do so. It has been months since the roof was completed and the trim work is still incomplete. I called him and was told the trim coil was not in more than a month ago. I hadn't heard anything, so I called him about 2 weeks ago and was told he would check on status and get back to me. I have yet to hear from him. We are now going to hire someone else to do that portion of the work.

Literally the wood under my shingles was rotten due to not having it properly installed 5-6 years ago. When Juan came out for consult he was so comprehensive with his efforts. I cannot even believe how damaged my roof was under the roof. Finally our back roof is set up to not leak. I am so impressed with this group and plan to have them do all my future projects. Next on my list are the gutter guards. Juan treated my home like his own, and I could not be more pleased with their work. We put this off too long and now seeing what damage we had underneath truly makes me sick. He also cleared out and cleaned gutters and I had lots of repairs needed. Now I just need to pay my roof off so I can Schedule for my new guards. Patty at the office and Juan are truly so helpful and it is so nice to find a business you can trust, and takes care of you like family. Well done!! In April of 2015 I had them repair a leak in my roof and they did a good job at a fair price..........lets get in the time machine and move ahead eight months. The leak returned after a freak December thunderstorm, I called and spoke with the owners wife on 12-23-15. She took my information and I mentioned that I was a returning customer, I didn't expect to hear from them right away with Christmas so near and I waited for a call the week between Christmas and New Years, that call never came. So on Monday, 01-04-16 I called and left a voicemail.......four days later with a lot of rain in the forecast still no return call. Either this place is making so much money hand over fist that they don't need my business or this is just another example of a local company that won't take the time to be responsible or respectful to customers. My suggestion is to avoid any firm that can't be counted on or doesn't understand the term dependable. After some time I tried contacting them via their own website which was down. SHOCKER. I then emailed the firm via their email address on the Better Business Bureau site......so after ONE month's total time the owner finally left me a voicemail.......... saying this is the 1st that he had heard from me. Really! Again it took ONE month for a call back. There's NO way that I will again spend money with this company. Call me old school but that's not the way to run any business. NO way was I going to call back Highlander Companies after 30 days. I expected better.
