The FIRST time they came out to install, the railings were OVER 3 feet too short! It took the company SIX times of coming out and hours of time spent on the phone with the project manager, the installer, myself and my husband! The only person in the Company that ever apologized for all the problems, was the young man who came out to install. The product was very well done. However, only gets 3 stars because of poor customer service. Its hard to get anybody to answer the phone. I would call the girl who gave me her cell phone or left message there. She never apologized for all the inconveniences we had!!

The price was more than fair, and the company was responsive and professional at every step. They included top notch detailing; for example, the 8-ft long 6 ft high privacy partial wall is double-faced with Trex, making it scream "I will last forever". They added an extra single step down to the lawn level. They made our side staircase match perfectly. The 3 deck levels and the side staircase deck all have a "picture frame" pattern with the Trex floorboards. They researched how to make the cocktail railings sturdy and lovely.
