It was the quality of the work and not sealing our vents from December to spring time when it warmed up and he said "the crew must have forgot". unacceptable to be reminding someone of their job. Also, he had been trying to fix humidity issues since spring and finally just said it's a faulty dehumidifier as of August. Again, unacceptable bc we found so many issues (have proof in pictures) that things were not sealed up, barrier was ripped and I could see the outside as well as the whole perimeter was not held with buttons. When I asked for that to be fixed along with the posts to be properly wrapped, he agreed but ignored me for the following 2 months. then I demand a refund and he says "take me to court" and claims I voided the warranty so it's on me..... then claimed he had me scheduled for 9/30 after ignoring me for 2 full months and left on read. I had hired someone to fix the issue due to his lack of response and length of time he had us waiting for a resolution. 7k dollars wasted. not recommended at all. Please dont go by his reviews. Idk how he has a 5 star bc that is the reason we hired him And his crew. So sad how he treated two women when he was finished and had our money. I still haven't paid off the 7k bc it was urgent when we needed him. We had mold in our home. We had to pay a restoration company and he knew this. That was the entire reason was to fix mold, and humidity issues and that's what We paid for and he didn't give us still to this day. Very unsettling. Do not recommend anyone this issue.

The owner came out talked a big game about integrity and wanting to make it right. Upon leaving he said he would have someone out the following week to scope it and fix what they failed to fix the first time. We heard nothing from C King the following week. My husband reached out to the owner directly several times and never heard back. After all the rain we had in late March early April we came home from Spring Break to a river in our basement. Now we are not only out $7,000 but now we are moving on with a different company and will be out their cost to fix what C King couldn't/wouldn't.
