I remembered calling Absolute Overhead before so I called them about 10:00 am hoping they could come out within a day or so. When the answer was "between 12 and 2" they actually came EA! Fair pricing and more importantly I was shown how to avoid this problem in the future.

Recently after some heavy rains, I realized that the door wasn't quite closing all the way and water was coming in. I called Absolute, and they were very responsive and fixed the problem at no charge. Additionally, they made recommendations about how I could better seal my garage door opening (not necessarily trying to upsell me, as it would be another contractor I would have to hire to do the work). I'm very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again!

I ended up calling 3 roofing contractors. All Tite lead in ratings a reviews. All Tite showed up right after the phone call. They got up on the roof and explained what they saw. Shortly after that Tracy showed up and walked me thru the process, understanding my insurance company wasn't assisting. Anyone else I had spoken to felt like they were prioritizing insurance claims not damage. (One man's opinion) I had to go to a week training and Tracy promised to get it done. At this point he'd built enough trust with me so I completed my training and returned to a new roof !! Along the way they assisted me in over and above questions and worries, very patient for sure. Such great work I decided to get new gutters and guards added. Well done and grateful!

The team quickly responded to our inquiry, knew the shingle color by name from the photo, and within a week (despite what had to be nonstop work in the area) was out to fix it. We appreciate them coming to help fix the small damage we had, when there had to be other more lucrative (insurance covered) repairs in the area!

We spent over $75K for his services and in the end he just stopped returning my texts. The three biggest issues he left us with, were a washing machine that drained straight into our crawl space and onto a wooden beam that supported the house, a spot in our flooring that gave in when you walked on it that he assured me he fixed (we live over 2 hours from the home he was renovating and took him at his word on this) and an air conditioning unit that didn't work after construction was done that we later found out after hiring an HVAC guy was a broken wire from the thermostat to the unit that wasn't broken before construction started. We ended up having to run a whole new line to the unit to fix the issue. In time and money we probably spend an extra $1000 to fix these issues and there are still a few smaller things that need attention but that we cannot get to right now. All and all we just weren't satisfied with the quality of work for the amount we spent. BTW, he has changed the name of his business from URC to Universal Interiors Remodel
