Pedro was very responsive and communicated throughout the entire project. We had new concrete steps poured, a deck torn down/new patio poured, and an asphalt driveway torn up and new concrete driveway poured. It was perfectly graded away from our house to keep water away (a problem we had before). We have had multiple neighbors ask who completed our driveway since they finished. He even returned late in the evening one day to help us with something related to the project. We would hire him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him.

Pedro was attentive, on time, and listened carefully, patiently making sure that we got all of the details under control (we are very picky). He answered all of our questions and saw to it that the job was done to specs. Their pricing was not cheap, but better than our other estimates. When they finished, a contractor doing work next-door, who had been watching them work, came over and gave Pedro his card, and took his, and complimented their work. By the end of the first year, cracks had already started to appear. When I brought it up, I was brushed off and told to "wait and see" if they got worse. Then came the spalling. Now, the concrete looks rotten, with the top layer peeling off everywhere. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with him -- not even asking him to fix it for free -- just asking him to come take a look and see what we could do. Nothing. No calls, no texts, no response. I also have a huge crack running across the porch, and it was poured off-center by nearly 12 inches. Absolutely unprofessional. This is not character. This is not integrity. I recommended him to others because I truly thought he had both. Unfortunately, I was wrong. He still won't even return a call or a text to help make this right in any way. And before anyone says, "just another angry customer," I've attached real pictures as proof. The concrete was obviously poured way too wet. To be fair, the first winter wasn't terrible. But the last three have absolutely destroyed it. Use extreme caution before trusting your project to him.

I ended up calling 3 roofing contractors. All Tite lead in ratings a reviews. All Tite showed up right after the phone call. They got up on the roof and explained what they saw. Shortly after that Tracy showed up and walked me thru the process, understanding my insurance company wasn't assisting.
