He gave us an invoice for work to be done on our driveway. It's supposed to come with a two-year warranty. He wanted us to make the checks payable to his name and not the company. He would go to the bank and cash the check directly apparently. The quality of work was very poor, I have called him since he did the job in January, came up with many excuses why he couldn't come, out of town, etc. has yet to come to repair the horrible work, which only lasted two days after done even after letting the driveway dry an additional two days than recommended. I asked him kindly when he would come, he blocked me, no further answer any of his emails. Please don't fall victim to this person. I tried to give him some business. Please see a copy of the invoice. The man never came back to do his job and he blocks your number when you ask him when he's coming back to back up the warranty. I have been waiting since January. He quickly pulled up a Google view of my property. After a brief discussion of the areas, he provided a price and said he and his crew would see me later that day. Very late that day, he texted that they would arrive after stopping for a quick dinner. Although it was dark, he and his team began shoveling. They did a great job of clearing my walkway and driveway. The fee was as he had quoted me during our call. I felt lucky to have found Nick. Based on the services I received, I felt the price was fair, and the work was good. I would like to say my meeting with Alex Parker-a specialist with AFS-, was a great experience. I thought I might be having some foundation problems with my home. I googled and found AFS. I made a call and spoke with Katrina. She was quite pleasant to speak with, very mannerly and really understanding. She asked a few questions and immediately wanted to set an appointment the very next day. Shortly after I hung up the phone, Alex Parker gave me a call. He was the gentleman that was coming to do my inspection. I really was anxious on how the meeting and inspection would go...afraid I would be talked into something very expensive, mainly because I didn't know if I had issues or not. Needless to say, Alex was very thorough in his inspection. (almost 2 hours)...He came back in the house wanting to show me the pics he had taken and he was very quick to set my fears at rest....nothing majorly wrong. We had a large branch come down and rip out the electrical conduit from our brick wall on our house…read moreand called Stephen over at Brick and Stone Masonry and we are very glad that we did. Stephen was very prompt and professional in responding to my calls and messages and offered me a competitive quote that he thought would be a week long repair job. His crew had our brick wall repaired in 2 days and were able to salvage almost all of the old/existing brick which we were very appreciative of. Stephen was one of the only masons in town who was willing to clean and reuse the old brick so it looked as if it had never been repaired. He offered me some tips and advice for how long to wait and let the brick dry before putting screws into it and came out to the house after the job was done and inspected his crews work. He even offered to have them come back and clean up a few areas that still had some remaining mortar. I would highly recommend Brick and Stone Masonry for all of your masonry needs - thank you again for everything!

Not a reputable company. Asked to come by and give an estimate to fix a walkway and a porch…read more Came by. Looked at work. Didn't respond after. Was a referral from my landscaping guy. The company never responded to the requested estimates and ghosted the landscaping company and myself. Take these people with a grain of salt. Times are tough right now and finding good people is hard -- I get that. But just not answering after an estimate isn't something that you would want to go through.
