The structure of the tub is solid but the years of use had worn down the finish and it was impossible to have it appear clean. Despite getting quotes to rip out the tub and install a shower, I opted for working with Miracle Method. The cost for the alternative was above and beyond my budget. Our bathroom tile was great too so having a newly finished tub and drain kit installed has kicked off inspiration to begin updates. Getting a quote from Bobby was easy to schedule and because I couldn't be there during his visit I dialed him to discuss the details. He was patient and helpful. Calling to schedule my appointment was also fantastic. The lady assisting me was lovely. We got an appointment in only a week and I only had to put down a 10% deposit. Our technician arrived on time , both days. He was open to answering questions about his process and allowed us to step in periodically to see the work. The process does create a smell and you'll want to have some fans on hand if possible to circulate the air. Saying that, no issue to be near the space which is close to all of our bedrooms. I love the finished product. So proud to show it off and can't wait to update the space with new accessories, paint, etc.

My husband has been trying to get ahold of someone there to address the issue. We've sent pictures multiple times. We have one tub in our home and two small children. They have left me no choice but to share our circumstance with the masses in hopes we can help deter people from using this company when making their decision. He stated he would fix it and fix any future issues so we paid him. He came and tries 2 different things to clean it and no luck. He blocked me and will not return to finish cleaning up his mess. He damaged not only the floor but my wood trim I had around the fireplace. I regret using him and highly recommend not using him. If he has been doing this for 38yrs like he states this was an amateur mistake. This is like hiring a painter and them not laying down tarps to stop paint from getting all over your stuff.
