I am extreamly pleased with John Heffley Plumbing for a few important reasons,(one) because I…read morecalled late on a friday afternoon and John answered my call and listened to my problem and told me to call Cathy and tell her he had spoken with me and see if she could send a tech out to me , she did and told me it woulld be about an hour.I had no water to my house from a full cistren I just had filled and I did not no why.( 2)Apon arriving about 45 minutes later the tech went into the crawl space and found the pump that was old and had lost its prime as well as had a few other old cracks ,but he was able to restore its prime so I had water .(3) the tech was able to show my son where the old crackes where and advise us to get a new pump and he wrote an estiment and was very professional and very nice as well as taking the time to get the water on and did it all along with explaining the prosses.I was more than pleased with the fast response time,fixing the problem along with the more than affordable bill which I had expected to be more ,I will use them again for whatever I need and would recommend them highly to anyone.

We had new concrete steps poured, a deck torn down/new patio poured, and an asphalt driveway torn up and new concrete driveway poured. It was perfectly graded away from our house to keep water away (a problem we had before). We have had multiple neighbors ask who completed our driveway since they finished. He even returned late in the evening one day to help us with something related to the project. We would hire him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him.

Pedro was attentive, on time, and listened carefully, patiently making sure that we got all of the details under control (we are very picky). He answered all of our questions and saw to it that the job was done to specs. Their pricing was not cheap, but better than our other estimates. When they finished, a contractor doing work next-door, who had been watching them work, came over and gave Pedro his card, and took his, and complimented their work. I used Trex composite deck material for the low maintenance I preferred. Steve, the owner, was prompt to respond to anything I was dissatisfied about, and quickly resolve it. Steve would even come out in his everyday wear and fix issues himself. They were minor but I loved his professionalism and willingness to "get his hands dirty", literally. He even went as far as to teach my nephew how to use a pressure washer. The patience, care and kindness speaks volumes to the company. His crew worked hard from morning to evening to tear down my deck, rebuild the deck, build a new deck by my garage, paint the house, gutters, and walls. The whole renovation took only 3 1/2 weeks, including the pressure washing of the house that Steve completed. I was highly pleased with the finished project. I hosted a deck reveal for my family and friends. I invited Steve and he came by, as I bragged on his company and passed out business cards.
