Contract to find/repair major water leaks, replace pipes to all fixtures, insulate all pipes and operational checks on all fixtures. I thought it odd that they requested money up front b4 any repairs even started. Plumber Melvin was in a hurry to leave and assured the work was finished on Monday. I checked the meter my self ,still had major pipe leak after shoddy rush repair. Called owner Bonnie and she agreed he should have at least looked at water meter to check leaks, but it was my fault for not calling earlier then 5PM to get him back. She suggested I turn meter off myself and do with out water. She promised him back 1st thing in the morning 9AM. Next day she was mad as hell snapping at me it was not her fault. Melvin was a NO SHOW not even calling in sick. Each day for a week she had excuse for NO SHOW plumbers, finally suggesting it was my fault and a defective toilet leak. I explained no mam I have the water to tank off. She finally agreed to send NO SHOW Melvin back Friday. He agreed it was a mistake on their faulty repair work and there was still a major leak. He turned my water back on and asked that I leave it running to find leak. He promised to be back ASAP. I watched all day long for his return. Another NO SHOW, not even courtesy call to turn the water off he left running, leaking over 1200 gallons . Bonnie said it was my fault for not calling b4 5PM or not checking the meter myself. I thought maybe he had stopped by at least to turn the water back off, that he left on. It ran all week-end leaking. NO Show Melvin came back Monday and left b4 finishing insulation of PVC pipes. I offered to show the pic's of unfinished work to Bonnie but she refused to even look at them saying her NO SHOW dependable honest plumber said the job was completed with his own pictures. I begged her to look at the part he never showed her or better yet come out and see in person that her NO SHOW plumber could not be relied to show up for work or finish job. He lied also only showing her what he wanted her to see or she wanted to hear.. She suggested that I duct tape exposed PVC myself, like they do, that she had her own problems . BUYER BEWARE do not pay up front b4 work is done. They take the money and run. I called a professional plumber to finish the work. He was laughing his head off at their suggestion to use duct tape as insulation saying "idiot plumbers" I trusted Bonnie but now I see she is the take the money and run scammer. This is not a nice or honest woman. Small claims court to get my 2300 dollars back or lawyer and bill her for his fee. NO-Brainer pictures of my own with bare PVC pipe exposed and outside existing faucet spliced around. They were hoping I would not notice until spring. not even hooked up. Contract reads replace pipes to ALL fixtures. She claims that faucet, that all homes have is not a fixture and just to much work to fool with. I begged her to send a plumber b4 the hard freeze projected in a couple of days. I even bought the good insulated plumber tape which her plumber said they did not have, instead of their ordinary duct tape method for bare PVC areas. I even offered to help, if all her plumbers were NO SHOW's or sick. Just send one to help me b4 my pipes freeze again. She took 2300 bucks from me and is laughing all the way to the bank SUCKER!!!!! read more
