It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

Opened a pool, promptly put a hole in the liner, which in turn resulted in a a multi-month delay and much more, price wise. As you can see from his response to Martha, he will refuse to take responsibility. He'll hang up on you, lie and say he'll come back (and never show). Anything to kick the bucket down the road. He'll definitely cash your check immediately though.

We needed a new pump. David came out and looked at it. Sent some guy named Billy to replace the…read morepump. But not to touch the electricity. So now I have to wait another 2 days to get an electrician to hook that up. When the electrician came out, he couldn't do the job because the new pump was in the way. Had to have Billy come back out to move the pump. But no one showed up to do that. The electrician came back out 5 days later to fix the electricity. Now there are multiple leaks coming straight up out of the pump and can't get the pool on due to all the leaks. Called to get some one back out to check this problem and why this new pump isn't working. No one has come out to fix the problem. And the pool is very dark green. I'm going to have to dump a bunch of chemicals in to get it back to the lovely blue color to be able to swim. It will be another 4 days before anyone will possibly be able to get out here. Come on guys. Normally, I love this company. But this is too much.

I tried working with several other pool companies and they were all rushed. They were all over priced and always under-delivered. Working with C&S was easy, they always followed up, and did everything they said they would. I really don't see why anybody would use any other company.
