They took care of everything, including upgrading our gas service with the utility company. This is our third inground pool we've had installed and this was by far the best. Extremely happy with the service, quality, workmanship and skill the pool was installed with. We interviewed four pool companies before hiring Big Time Pools. The owner, Zach Stivers was the most honest and sincere contractor we've ever met. Everything he promised was delivered and more. There were no delays, we were not pushed to the side for them to work on other projects, they worked diligently until our project was complete.

We had previously used two different, smaller, local pool services and had found several issues with over-selling of products and overall poor maintenance. We switched to Suntime Pools and have been VERY happy. They are certainly not the cheapest service in town, but pool Owners understand that relatively nothing is cheap with a pool and it takes constant attention to keep them operating well. Several things that I really like about Suntime all start with the people - quality, friendly, professional and very responsive to our needs. I have met several people, most of whom come every time to service our pool, and each one has been a stand-out. They are awesome with communication too. I prefer to use email and they are super responsive that they truly make everything easy and no-hassle. They will allow you to pick as much or as little involvement with the service needs as you like. I personally allow them to open, and close the pool and then they do a bi-monthly service for us. They use their chemicals and can also allow you to supply them. Great people, great service! Definitely a Win-Win!

Once we were in agreement we had to wait for the funding to clear to start. We did have to battle scheduling with historic rainfalls and flooding but he kept in good communication the whole way. We got a clear dry day and he and his crew went to work. A few short hours later and they were done. He even gave me some recommendations for some climbing vines for a nearby pergola. I asked him about predators eating the fish previously and he sent me a recommendation for that as well. I could not be happier with the work and we are so happy to have a working pond again.

I am giving three stars because of the average here. Branden was a phenomenal and very helpful sales rep that got me what I wanted for 3 properties that I am redoing kitchens on. I put down deposits on the stone to make sure it didn't get resold and then the cabinets templated. When it came to scheduling all of this that's where it went wrong. Emily was very unprofessional and touts her past experience in the granite business while being rude and disrespectful. I was told I was having a kitchen install done on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon I was finally called to tell me there was a problem. We fixed the problem that afternoon and am now just waiting on an install date for this project that has been paid for, it's Monday and I am not back on the schedule. Then another property was supposed to be on the schedule for templates on Monday and it got taken off and had I not called to find out what time they would be there, I wouldn't have known there was an issue with them not coming at all. Emily is apparently the end all be all of this company and was super quick To say she would rather refund my money and have me go to another company then solve the problem or not be rude. Don't spend your money here. Find someone with a better business sense and go with them. These people specifically Emily, don't care about your timelines or concerns or their own integrity. I will never do business with them again because of Emily.
