I must say my first visit was even better than I suspected or thought it would be. I was expecting totally exorbitant prices, hard sales pitch and uncomfortable Destiny was the sales lady and was a blessing in demeanor and style. She took my information analyzed my water sample and I was ready for some totally preposterous results. However my pool was in fairly good shape and Destiny explained what tweaks we talked about. The comparison already booked full for 2020 on pool installations. However if you looking for a closer drive and friendly and kind sales, stop in and give Destiny a chance to help you out.

It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. We have a liner, in-ground pool that Suntime Pools has been taking care for us for about 3 years…read morenow, going on our 4th. We had previously used two different, smaller, local pool services and had found several issues with over-selling of products and overall poor maintenance. We switched to Suntime Pools and have been VERY happy. They are certainly not the cheapest service in town, but pool Owners understand that relatively nothing is cheap with a pool and it takes constant attention to keep them operating well. Several things that I really like about Suntime all start with the people - quality, friendly, professional and very responsive to our needs. I have met several people, most of whom come every time to service our pool, and each one has been a stand-out. They are awesome with communication too. I prefer to use email and they are super responsive that they truly make everything easy and no-hassle. They will allow you to pick as much or as little involvement with the service needs as you like. I personally allow them to open, and close the pool and then they do a bi-monthly service for us. They use their chemicals and can also allow you to supply them. Great people, great service! Definitely a Win-Win!
