It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

So then we agreed on Sunday. He texted at 9am and said he had drop off his kids and that he would come to do my pool. Needless to say he never came. 8 o'clock comes I text and say what happened to Sunday afternoon he said I text he back at 9am promptly so didn't come. I cancel my appointment and all he had say was OK. This company does not care about your time at all. They come when they want to come. I was expecting totally exorbitant prices, hard sales pitch and uncomfortable Destiny was the sales lady and was a blessing in demeanor and style. She took my information analyzed my water sample and I was ready for some totally preposterous results. However my pool was in fairly good shape and Destiny explained what tweaks we talked about. The comparison already booked full for 2020 on pool installations. However if you looking for a closer drive and friendly and kind sales, stop in and give Destiny a chance to help you out.
