There were plenty of appointments available and I scheduled for a Friday evening at 5p. The space holds 5 people and my session was full. I knew to wear comfortable and warm clothing. Fuzzy socks and a hoodie was perfect! I also picked up one of their clean blankets. In the session I wore my earbuds to listen to information on my phone. The space has low lights and while in my zero gravity chair I loved the twinkle lights on the ceiling. I was incredibly relaxed. I'm not sure I noticed any difference with my breathing or the health benefits mentioned with pink salt. Either way it was a fantastic rest and I'm so happy I got to take a last visit.

My husband was dealing with sinuses so this was a perfect start to our weekend together. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and shown where we would need to go to enjoy our salt room experience. You're provided socks if you don't have any on, and I'd recommend it, as the salt dust will collect a lot on your socks. It was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. They provide clean fleece blankets for you if you get chilly. We used them over our chairs, it was just a lovely experience all around. Also, we were shown the infrared sauna and the salt sauna, both seemed health benefiting. Highly recommend checking this place out!

This is why I gave five stars. Tale of two massages: I've had two massages at this place. The first was a 90 minute Swedish massage. I asked specifically for a gentle, relaxing massage and specified nothing deep and "no elbows." Must be something about all of my trigger points that therapists take as a challenge because my whole massage was intense and full of elbows. I gave some feedback that the pressure was too much, but should have been more specific in saying, "I really don't want any of this, just a nice, easy massage," but the masseuse seemed so intent on what she was doing. I understand that massage therapy has many facets, but I asked for a particular thing and didn't get it. Like another person said, I am still very sore, but not in a good way or a way that has loosened my muscles. In fact I think my neck, which is where I wanted the focus, but didn't get it, is worse than it was because I spent the whole time tightened up by pain. The 10 dollar scalp enhancement add on is not worth it either, as it was just a small bit of essential oil followed by a minute amount of time with one of those wire head scratcher/massage things. I thought it would be delivered by the masseuse. My second massage was the two hour long Ashiatsu massage, where the therapist suspends themselves with straps and bars to perform massage with their feet. I had this service with Ashley, who was wonderful from the beginning. The room was comfortable, the table was warm, and she explained how everything would work. She was very mindful of my pressure points and checked in with me from time to time to make sure her technique was not painful. For anyone looking for deep tissue that's not filled with sharp elbows, I can't recommend the Ashiatsu massage enough. Use of the feet may seem weird in the beginning, but it actually allows deep massage spread out over a larger area, with long, broad strokes that feel relaxing. The treatment was two hours and I couldn't believe it was over as fast as it was. I felt great after. The environment is clean and you can smell the salt. Everyone is professional, despite my initial poor encounter. I would go again, but ensure Ashley was my therapist.

When I went in the room, Ashton sat down with her arms crossed and literally said we aren't doing anything. I was so confused because I had been speaking with the manager. Ashton was so extremely rude to me and it was silent in there because this is something they had obvious intentions with. I was so upset and telling the girls up front that I'd be calling back. Ashton for some reason aggressively walks fast towards me like she was going to put her hands on me. I turned around to confront her and told her to back off. What a dumb decision..finding out later from another client that she was fired for doing the same thing to a client at a different place. Just hiding behind all those good reviews. Remember those reviews reflect your work but not who you are as a person. I also had nose filler done only to find out later they are supposed to use an ultrasound to make sure you don't go blind. They did NOT use an ultrasound and he injected me like 4 times and said done. I didn't know what the routine was so you trust these random people. Never again. I've already filed a formal complaint and will continue up the chain because they refuse to respond from their lack of care. I sat in my car for an hour trying to calm down because I couldn't believe what happened. The manager came out and said " I'm sure we can work something out" lol absolutely not.
