But they called and said the person only works certain days. So we made the appointment on the phone for today, a couple weeks out. She said I'd get a text saying my appointment was canceled but to know it was the one for online not the current one that I just made with her on the phone. So I received the cancellation text and ignored it like she said to do. I came in today at my appointment time and they couldn't find me on the books. Not cool! I was told there's another person that might be able to do it tomorrow and she'll call me. This is the first time for such a bad mess up. :( I really needed this before surgery.

I couldn't come on Monday, but when I reached out on Tuesday, they were happy to accommodate me! I had Jeremiah for a 90 minute sports massage. I will definitely come back for more massages and to try different treatments!

However, the owner let us enter the salt room earlier and get settled, even though it wasn't 1pm yet and the other couple still hadn't arrived. That was very nice of her. The chairs lean back, blankets are provided as well as noise cancelling headphones, which were drowning the salt generator white noise but still allowing us to listen to the spa music. The lights go off and the generator releases Himalayan salt particles into the air. I wasn't sure if I could tell the difference but I happened to lick my lips halfway through the session and I could taste the salt! It was so relaxing, I even fell asleep for a bit. Highly recommended.

First time here and I was so impressed! The facility is clean, easy to find and street parking was plentiful when I went on a Friday mid morning. The whole place was so calm and clean it made you feel relaxed the moment you walked in. The massage room was super spacious and clean, I loved all the salt lamps and relaxing music In the background setting the ambiance making it felt so relaxing. The massage was great- very relaxing. However if you prefer more pressure I would recommend deep tissue massage. Bethany did a wonderful job. The float session - you get a nice private room, the water is deep enough to cover your body but I would not recommend going if you are claustrophobic. The space was small and hard to breathe since the water was warm- however after I opened the glass door I felt better since the air conditioning is coming in I could breathe much better- however their motion sensored light kept on going on but it went off after a few minutes. The floating it self was a magical experience- the salt water was super concentrated and your chest and private area is above the water so after a few minutes they dry up you can feel the salt on your chest. I felt asleep at the end and next thing you know it's time to shower and go- overall- if you are looking to relax in Nashville this is a great place- I would certainly come back soon!
