I was greeted promptly, directed to the very nice bathroom/changing room that has a fluffy robe and shoes (I just wore my own slippers I brought). Lots of things in there for you to freshen up with after your massage, including showers! I was offered a drink and ordered some tea and was led to a beautifully serene waiting room. This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence!
