Had a wonderful reflexology massage. Connie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated everything she shared about my health.

Deana created such a welcoming and nurturing environment where I could truly slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. The salt cave experience was deeply relaxing and felt like a gift for my mind, body, and spirit. Every detail was thoughtfully created to support healing, relaxation, and renewal. Deana's presence, care, and passion for what she does truly shine through. I highly recommend Serenity Salt Cave to anyone looking for a peaceful escape, a moment of self-care, or a beautiful space to reset and restore. Thank you, Deana, for creating such a special sanctuary.

It was my first time doing a foot soak, and I was skeptical at first, but the readings were surprisingly accurate. You receive two readings--one at 15 minutes and another at 30 minutes. Typically, guests do the salt cave first, followed by the foot soak, but we did it in reverse. Our staff member, Stacy, was incredibly friendly and informative, thoroughly explaining the process and what the different colors in the readings meant for each of us. After the foot soak, the 45-minute salt cave session was the perfect way to relax. Noise-canceling headsets were available in case of snoring neighbors. They also have a charming gift shop with unique items to browse during your visit. Having been to other salt caves before, I really appreciated how this one took the time to explain the benefits throughout the experience. The heated zero-gravity chairs were a great touch--especially since I forgot my blanket!

First time here and I was so impressed! I had a 60 minute…read morerelaxation massage done by Bethany followed by a 60 minute float- my body was super relaxed afterwards I took the best nap in a while afterwards! The facility is clean, easy to find and street parking was plentiful when I went on a Friday mid morning. The whole place was so calm and clean it made you feel relaxed the moment you walked in. The massage room was super spacious and clean, I loved all the salt lamps and relaxing music In the background setting the ambiance making it felt so relaxing. The massage was great- very relaxing. However if you prefer more pressure I would recommend deep tissue massage. Bethany did a wonderful job. The float session - you get a nice private room, the water is deep enough to cover your body but I would not recommend going if you are claustrophobic. The space was small and hard to breathe since the water was warm- however after I opened the glass door I felt better since the air conditioning is coming in I could breathe much better- however their motion sensored light kept on going on but it went off after a few minutes. The floating it self was a magical experience- the salt water was super concentrated and your chest and private area is above the water so after a few minutes they dry up you can feel the salt on your chest. I felt asleep at the end and next thing you know it's time to shower and go- overall- if you are looking to relax in Nashville this is a great place- I would certainly come back soon!

Still love visiting Float Horizen for heath and self-care! Don't miss out on their package…read moreofferings, great way to save! Often, they are generous to give you extra time if you need it!
