I love Hannah she does amazing work! The salon is luxurious and glam. However, the wait times are ridiculous. Even if you have an appt they are consistently leaving you waiting 20 min or more (and it's usually always more). I really feel like they don't respect people's time and they're just getting as many people through the door as they can..high volume salon with low quality customer service I just can't anymore. read more

My wife said we're going to go do this today and I have never done this in my life. I was always too manly and would not do things like this. So of course, I listen to my wife and we went to serenity nails and spa. Walked in the environment was beautiful. It was new and had a lot of things to look at in colors. The lady that worked on my feet I feel bad for her because it's 40 years of not taking care of my feet, but she did a great job didn't complain and I think I understood everything she needed me to do. It was a great experience. My wife said it was a good price for what you got so I'll believe her and I'll do this more often, maybe once a year? read more

I've been trying to like this nail salon for a while now because it seems so nice and other people have great experiences. However majority of the time I leave disappointed. Severely over priced for the product that you leave with. Pedicures are okay but if you are getting anything other than a gel manicure the service is subpar. To pay over $60, pre tip, for dip or acrylic nails that are uneven, bumpy and not evenly shaped is ridiculous. My last visit was my last straw. I was made to feel like an inconvenience while trying to chose a color for my nails for a wedding I was in and yet again left feeling disappointed and overcharged for my daughter and I. The only helpful person was the sweet front desk worker. I worked in the service industry for 10+ years and know how prices should reflect the level of service and training of the professionals providing a service to their clients and unfortunately those things don't align appropriately at this salon. When they first opened beverages were offered immediately now the owners expect you the client to "request" yourself what they claim to offer as complimentary. That along with multiple unsatisfactory visits tells me that the owners no longer value their guest experience. read more

I'm a regular pedicure and I am at this man's two business spending my money often. The basic polish is always old and thick (which is why most folks get gel, I'm sure). I got a pedicure on Friday and woke up on Saturday with a lot polish removed by covers (I went to bed 6 hours or so after my pedicure). Other nails were bubbled and had creases in the polish. I had splurged on a $60 pedicure that would have been $75 had I opted for gel polish. I went back to the salon and showed the owner. I explained to him that his basic polish often does this but this is the worst and I've never complained before. I asked him if he'd do for me a polish change but do the gel this time and I'd pay the difference. He said that it would be $35. I showed him what I paid for yesterday and the price difference on his menu and explained that all I need is the polish to be fixed. He said they do not do polish changes and you HAVE to pay for a service to get new polish. I explained that I paid $60 for service yesterday and he said "but not today." I will miss my boba, sandwiches and pedicures, but this man has seen the last dime from me. read more

This new nail salon in Mount Washington is absolutely beautiful! Made an appointment for a pedicure Saturday morning at 9 am and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. 6 different types of pedicures to choose from, I went with the citrus jelly pedicure and it was fantastic. The selection of nail polish is insane. If there is a color out there, they have it. They offer many different nail services as well including manicures, gel full sets, and dip powder. Waxing services too. The salon is super clean and big. Plenty of parking and complimentary drinks! If you live in the area, I highly recommend! read more

So my nail beds are a little bigger than some other people. So my middle finger the nail tech said was bigger than my other one, so she used a toenail nail for that finger , which I'm still not understanding. However, after they put the full set on and that was done. I went outside to grab some more money and when I came back in she was working on someone else doing a pedicure. I waited for at least 15 minutes until the owner came and painted my nails. This is how bad my nails look. read more

Average at best. Took my granddaughter for the "experience" and the man who did her mani/pedi was curt and borderline rude. She had short nails (like most young girls) and he looked bored and in a hurry so he could go on to the next person. Tried to sell me on gel which would've added $15, told me regular polish would chip in a day and gel would last 7-10 days. Again, no, it is just a fun day for us. Then proceeded to carry on an extended conversation in another language which is always irritating. He could've tried to engage her but was not interested. However, with the number of people waiting I doubt they'll miss me and that's fine. Totally not worth it to do the "princess" thing. Better places out there. read more

They have a huge selection of services which is great. They do pretty good work. Their fancier nails add quite a bit of additional cost. I am curious why they say they offer wine and other things to drink. I've never been offered anything and I've never seen anyone else with water, wine or soda. At Christmas they were giving out lotions as you got your nails done. The person next to me and around me were all given one but I was never given one. Later in the week a family member went and was given one also, so maybe I got the wrong service. read more

I made an appointment about two weeks in advance for my daughter and I. She was having a dance on a Friday so we were going to have a mother/daughter mani/pedi the night before the dance. My appointment was for 5:00 and we arrived a few minutes before. We didn't get seated in a chair until about 6:40, an hour and 40 minutes after our appointment. Once seated my water was ice cold. I told my technician that I wanted the buttermilk pedicure on three different occasions and when he finished with a standard pedicure I told him that I wanted the other and he said he had forgotten. I told him I wouldn't be paying for what I didn't get. I also wanted a manicure as well but since I had already been there for nearly 3 hours I left without that. So not only was my appointment running almost 2 hours late, I didn't get what I came for and they seemed baffled as to why I was upset. Mother/daughter time did not meet expectations. read more
