The very detailed directions to her place were excellent, and didn't have any issues finding her building nor with parking either. My appointment started right on the time I scheduled it, no waiting - that was a plus! Right off the bat, she greeted me with the most welcoming and friendly attitude into her beautifully decorated studio, that I felt I was going into Barbie's glam room - very posh! I was excited to be there because I've gotten to the point in my pregnancy where I can't shave "down there" anymore - and I really needed to get rid of the hair, but at the same time I was also nervous because I didn't really know what to expect pain-wise. Luckily, Jill was very personable and explained everything before starting the session, she made me feel as I've known her forever! She also talked to me during the course of the session which really helped during the most intense moments of the waxing, and overall the whole deal was very manageable especially having some good laughs in between with Jill while she was working on me. The session lasted about 20 minutes, or could've been less, easy peasy! I truly enjoyed my visit, and hands down - I will totally go back to Jill for all future waxes, she left me with baby smooth skin and feeling extremely satisfied with my first ever Brazilian Wax! I never ask for a particular waxer and at each of my visits I am greeted by a friendly person who laughs and talks with me during my wax. And, every time my brows look amazing. My skin stays very red for awhile after my wax but as mentioned by others, this is the least painful wax experience I've had. Today was actually so smooth that I was surprised my skin was red at all. I've noticed less pressure is applied to buy wax packages or products which I truly appreciate. This used to be the norm there and each time I had to listen to a sales pitch and say no a few times.
