Super clean, everyone was so nice! The most relaxing facial I've ever had. I actually fell asleep!!! Susan was fantastic! Walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood every step of the way! She made a recommendation at the end and wrote down (thank you!) for me to take home. She offered products that she thought fit my needs well. I didn't need them today but always good to know! Will be back for sure! read more

This review is for quality of lash extensions only. All other aspects of this business are 5 stars. After a few months of getting lash extensions here, my natural lashes started crumbling. Natural lashes have a 4-6 week shed cycle but in my 4+ years of having extensions, I started seeing gaps more frequently after coming to Skintuition. Additionally, during two of the appointments, lash artist, Iliana, glued multiple lashes to my lower lid and had to rip them off. Ouch!! I noticed that the quality of the application was poor when I could not run a spoolie through my lashes. Spoolie got caught on large clumps of glue and would make lashes turn up, fall over, or just fall out (within 1 week). Appropriate retention rarely held past 1 week. I'm leaving this lash artist frustrated mainly because my natural lashes are now weak, I have gaps, and I'm not able to get an appropriate full-set applied for another 4-6 weeks due to the damage caused. I was forced to get Iliana's work removed and evaluated because I left feeling like maybe I was the problem. Maybe my lashes were having issues holding her work. She claimed that I was the only person having these issues.... Nope. The new lash artist (14+ years experience) advised me that lliana's extension quality had caused a significant amount of damage to my natural lashes. I would understand if Skintuition was charging model prices for this quality of work, but to pay 100+ dollars for volume fills only to have to return (on multiple occasions) 2-3 days later to have them filled again!!! Is ridiculous. I've uploaded photos of Iliyana's work (only 2 weeks post full-volume set!) to show the large clumps of glue, extensions that pulled out my natural lashes but still held on while stuck to the other ends of extensions!, extensions stuck together, and the gaps in my naturals. After having experience with 10+ artists and over 4 years of experience with extensions, I'm only leaving this review to spread awareness of my experience because this work must be supervised and reevaluated. *And please don't respond asking me if I performed my aftercare correctly. This work has nothing to do with aftercare.* read more

My daughter and I went to Skintuition for facials, and they were fabulous! This isn't a fancy salon, but the service is top-notch. The products were great and our aestheticians were wonderful. I highly recommend! read more

Susan was a blessing. She knows what is do-able within a time frame just TRUST her and don't push. She did my make up and 7 bridesmaids for my wedding. I did a trial the day before at 830AM and it was great all day long running around and then for the rehearsal dinner. I HIGHLY recommend a trail if you are the bride... I wanted to try something different and was like, It's nice but not for me, so the day OF the wedding we knew exactly what we were doing. And I knew it would stay on flawlessly - I didn't even touch up my lipstick! LADIES for real! have your makeup done for your wedding so you dont have to worry about it. I am one of those girls that can do my own but I am SO GLAD I got it done... it was exactly what I needed day of :) Susan made EVERYONE just lovely and in a way they like - NO ONE looked "too made up" And she worked with me and the price since I had a larger group and was paying for it for everyone! LOVE HER - just book her! read more

I have already left a review on Google, but I literally cannot contain my happiness over my results. I HAD to spread the news. Not only was Susan very professional, but she was also so kind and thorough in her explanation while performing my skin service. I had a hydra facial performed and the before and afters spoke for themselves. She went through my normal skin care and told me what products were doing what to my skin. I have an issue with non-inflamed acne and it turns out the products I was using before were part of the cause!! Weeks after, my skin is still LITERALLY glowing. I have even been getting compliments about my skin from strangers on the street and I can honestly say that my skin has never looked or felt better. If you have any doubts or reservations about her services or her performance, take it from me, it is 1000000% worth it read more

I needed a make up artist for a last minute photo shoot. I contacted Susan and she called me back within minutes. She is an amazing on location make up artist and extremely punctual. I am not an easy client since I jump every time something gets close to me eyes, other make up artists had gotten very frustrated with me because of that. She was so patient and gentle that it was a bliss to do my eyes. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I will be calling her every time from now on. I highly recommend her! read more

Susan did my makeup this past weekend for my bridal party and I. She made it a great experience! On my trial she hit it dead on! She listened to exactly what I wanted and liked! And let me tell you I was no easy bride!!! I had 2 makeup artist come in prior to her, so by the time she came I was less then happy to be going thru the process yet again!! She made it go so incredibly smooth! I don't typically write reviews but she most certainly deserves one! Thank you Susan, you are not only a great artist but definitely have a knack for making a special day shine! read more
