I've been self conscious about my skin my entire life but in the past year I have been seen out in public completely makeup free (something I never thought would happen). This is directly related to the results I experienced from Holly's services. I've had facials and chemical peel sessions over the last year. Also, Holly waxes and tints my brows. She has a very comfortable space that is welcoming. She takes time to build the best shape for my face and create the best color to tint my brows. I have always been happy with the results and would be happy to recommend any service to others.

I needed tinsel (fairy hair) replenished as well as a hair cut. Strands was one of the few places…read moreI could find to have the fairy hair installed so we headed to Middletown. It is a very nice, clean, bright salon with friendly stylists. Taylor is the only stylist who installs the tinsel. She did an excellent job with the tinsel and the my new hairdo. I had not had my hair cut for some time and needed a fresh look. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she delivered. Taylor thinned my hair and cut off at least 6 to 8 inches. I love the layers and that I don't have to curl my hair every time. It will still look good straight. Located in a strip mall there's ample parking.

I am used to fancy San Francisco places and let me tell you Tara was better than most of them! She was so clean, attentive, and wonderful to chat with. They use the hard wax which just means that they don't use the strips so it doesn't shove your hair down and is less prone to cause ingrown hairs. My friend also got one, and came back the next day to get her eyebrows done. If I ever need another bikini wax, I'll for sure be coming back to see Tara!

Everything from the use of Aveda products and rituals--ie: Hand and neck massages, using oils, hot towels-- down to the personalities and attitudes of each professional is amazing. Even though the Salon no longer has spa services, there are still some small add-ons for customers to make us feel that much better--I love getting my face waxed or indulging in an Aveda Plant Peel!
