They also now are blaming it on my Dark (Black Hair color) but they were fine to sell the package to me with dark hair and dark skin back in January. They also will not give me any info. as to the owners name or anyone else in charge. When you google Premier Laser Spa you can see that in October 2015 they filed Bankruptcy.
