Despite my dissatisfaction, I was told I would remain responsible for the full balance, regardless of whether I continued. And I'm forced to pay the balance. I raised concerns and attempted to negotiate a reasonable compromise. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and every response pointed back to the contract. As a college student, thousands is a significant amount of money, and it is difficult to accept paying that much without seeing the results.

Alexa, manager, told me before I spent that money that she would not let me leave with no results. I would at least like something that I know will work, like laser hair removal but they won't respond to emails. I was told the regional director emailed me, but she never did. Such a waste of my time & money but I totally trusted their expertise.

I have been treated very poorly ever since they took my full payment, they schedule appointments and then when you arrive you are told they only have time to do maybe 1 area or 2 areas at most and then make you reschedule another 6 or 8 weeks out to postpone you to a longer time to do other areas. (While your 2 Year Clause ticks by quickly at a rate of appointments that are 7 - 8 weeks apart) I have had treatment after treatment and my hair is not going away, I would say I'm at best 30% less hair in over 2 and 1/2 years... Now the new Clinical Director Yvonne Hubrich, is blaming my skin color or skin tone (dark complected) as to why it is not working for me. She now stated to me I should not be on vacation or getting any tan. No where in my paperwork does it advise a person cannot have a tan in the summer time). I say beware of this scam to all men and women considering it. All my paperwork states that their outstanding professional lasers can treat ALL SKIN TONES and COLOR (states this on the website also). They also now are blaming it on my Dark (Black Hair color) but they were fine to sell the package to me with dark hair and dark skin back in January. This treatment is simply not working, now that they realize I am having a very low success rate they are refusing to treat me and say I owe now more money for "touch-ups" they want me to pay 10% for touch-ups even though my paperwork does state free "touch-ups". They also will not give me any info. as to the owners name or anyone else in charge. When you google Premier Laser Spa you can see that in October 2015 they filed Bankruptcy. I am filing a Small Claim Suit to try and get my money back for negligence, false advertising, making me miss work for appointments that they in turn don't treat or have time for. You can not and will not be hair free or any where close to it in 8 treatments! Buyer Beware!

The decor is modern and stylish, with only a few chairs. I waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time before being taken back. The atmosphere of the room was more clinical that spa-like, which was ok but not quite as relaxing. The aesthetician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the services, especially given the discount of the Groupon.

As a 40 yr healthcare veteran/provider myself, I hold high expectations of other providers. I met…read morewith Dr Reyes (and staff) and they did not in the least disappoint. I've been chasing post/long-term covid issues for three years and have amassed 6 specialists - Dr Reyes / Ennu at Springhurst Blvd in Louisville took significant time with me, assessing ALL of my previous labs/scans/tests to build a truly comprehensive approach. He then filled in gaps with some additional Labs/tests to drill down and properly diagnose / treat my specific issues as a whole, with a focus on turning things around and health restoration vs just superficial treatment of individual symptoms. I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge base, I've done deep research into my individual challenges and was well versed - but Dr Reyes was up on current research, citing additional studies and treatments. I knew going in that I was a complex patient - but Dr Reyes stepped up to that challenge and exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a physician / clinic that takes a comprehensive approach, with a focus on maximizing your health and not just treating symptoms, this is a great place to start.
