Over the course of the last three weeks, I have left FOUR messages (at the dedicated lab result/medical question prompt) re a refill for a long-established medication. NO ONE has had the consideration to call, email, or, obviously, submit the refill. This lack of concern for me, as a patient, is egregious and completely UNACCEPTABLE. I'd suggest any prospective patients seek more caring and dedicated "professionals."
