He took the time to listen to my concerns and review my history. There was a very kind nurse in the room with us which made me feel even more comfortable. Fortunately, I had no suspicious moles or skin lesions. Yay! It was quick and easy to check out when I left and no one tried to sale me on products or other services. After my many years of lackadaisical attention to my skin while experiencing significant sun exposure, it's a necessity to stay on top of preventative care. She is kind and reassuring with overall care and addresses all of my concerns during each visit. I have also seen Dr. Banet in the past and he was equally helpful with addressing any skin concerns. Support medical staff are also kind and provide clear instructions for office visits and followup. Office staff at front desk and check out are welcoming and helpful. New facilities are very well maintained, modern, and comfortable. New location off of Charlestown Road is very convenient. Transparently, there was a moment I considered switching providers but this was due to a specific nurse practitioner versus the practice. I was switched to a different NP and have been happy. My last visit did uncover an atypical mole plus another to freeze off for precaution. I returned to see Dr. Cassis and had my mole surgically removed. Four stitches and will return for removal. The team took great care of me, from scheduling to having empathy for my fear of the needles and surgery. I received hugs from a couple of people and they didn't make me feel embarrassed. There's plenty of parking near the medical center. Two lobbies - one for basic skin checks and another for services with Dr. Cassis. Take note that calling to make an appointment can take a moment if the team isn't available to answer. It's listed as a core complaint in other reviews and it's not unfounded. The front desk team for skin checks is also fairly business-like but I've not experienced or witnessed rude behavior. I'm okay with that because the appointments run on time and that feels rare with other medical appointments.

This was to access if surgery were to be needed. I went to the receptionist and she said the earliest would be the last week of December! Since the majority of people who come here are to have cosmetic work done, why could not they have had one person put off 1.5 hrs in the appointment book for a real medical reason??? Fortunately I have been able to get Vascular Surgeon to work me thru another doctor I know.
