This darling woman, Nancy, came out of one of the cubicles there--Sola Salon seems to be set up with multiple people doing their own thing--and said she'd be happy to take my friend, right that minute. I always look at a stylist's hair to see how THEY look, (it's like when people try to sell you vitamins and if they look really healthy, they might be onto something). She's adorable and HER hair looked great. So. My friend had a wash and a cut and a styling and came out looking great. Nancy has a book of photos of styles she has done and recently moved here from North Carolina I think she said. I would go to her in a hot second. She's patient, makes great suggestions and knows her stuff. She's also very reasonable. Can't remember the price, but it was under $50, which amazed me, coming from Northern California. A wash, and a styling was $25, I think. Don't quote me. Anyway, you'll be in great hands.

Got a call at 2pm for questions..did I call and ask specifically for alexis?. Yes she has cut my hair before. Well she has an emergency situation and can't do 530pm. Ok schedule me for anyone else.. no can do. I can get you in on 9th ( several days later) said no what's wrong with tomorrow. No only time would be next week. Told never mind. This is not how to handle this situation. Funny it happen two other time Alexis has cut my hair. Don't need this. I could have done this myself. It's very unprofessional to require texting to make appointments, so I walked in to make mine. She seemed miffed that I didn't want to text a business. Even then, my appointment was set for 7pm, and she called me at 6:45 wanting to know why I missed my 6:00 pm appointment. Uh, duh? While I was in there on my rescheduled appt., she yelled at some other customers who were waiting and a mother stepped outside for a sec and left her 12 yr old child in the waiting area. Apparently she doesn't think 12yr olds are old enough to sit by themselves without damaging property. Do t waste your time here. P.S. this lady reads her Yelp reviews and will call you about it.

I tried calling but each time a recorder picked up. Finally got an answer via text and the person would not pick up the phone to call me and book appointment, only text me back and forth. Plus the appointments are booked out 6 weeks. I contacted Groupon and was issued a refund.
