When walking in I was not greeted by the receptionist and waited a couple minutes until she had finished her side conversation, still she never said hello or welcome which made things feel not inviting. I arrived to my 5pm appointment a couple minutes early but was not taken into the back until 5:30pm. I don't think Heather noticed she was running late as there was a client before me. My facial by Heather was amazing. She truly is great at what she does. My face was glowing and extremely clean and soft afterwards. The only down side was that I paid for a 90 min facial but only received a little over 60 mins. Again I don't think Heather knew she was running late from the beginning which would have made up for the last 30 mins. The Brazilian was as painless as possible and quick! It took 10 mins at most. Heather makes conversation the entire time which takes your mind off of the pain. Overall I would return. I loved the services. The issues I had were minimal and can easily be fixed. The front desk employee can learn better customer service since she is the face of the salon and the first and last person the client sees and the services can be timed/scheduled better so clients aren't waiting past their scheduled appointment time and there is still time for the rooms to be re-prepped/sanitized.

But what you will find is two friendly and welcoming women building a business from the ground up in an office building space. They offer services you won't find many places in Louisville. The Yoni steam and Vajacial are two of my personal faves. But what initially brought my interest was a Brazilian wax. Best wax experience AND results I've ever had. You're welcomed with all smiles and the down low on the services provided with Amara, the receptionist. The services are provided by Heather- she also creates some of her products she uses and sells (which she can hardly keep enough supply before it runs out!) These ladies are so down to earth and personable. Just their vibes alone make this business stand out.

I work in the medical field and I know what "clean" is. I can't even begin to explain to y'all just how amazing of a person and how clean and nice her business is. She's fast and efficient with her clients. She gives and provides the time. She doesn't rush and does a thorough job with each client. We did a little research, read some reviews, and then bought a Groupon to try out Absolute. The long and short? We do not regret the choice at all. We went to the salon as a walk-in. We were greeted and taken back immediately. The owner, Arati, is friendly and efficient. Watching her thread is fascinating, truly. She also gave me info about an upcoming closing of the salon for her vacation so that we could prepare accordingly, and I appreciate that level of detail. She did an amazing job; Emma's eyebrows look fabulous. Emma did say the pain was more than she expected, considering what she was told by friends...but that's the process, not the technician. Next time it won't be as painful because she will have less hair! It is definitely less damaging than waxing (after all, it doesn't remove layers of skin), and her recovery (after normal swelling and redness) was very fast. We will return for follow ups!

Someone was helpful by returning my call right away to get the lashes off however i spoke to Angie about doing a refund for partial of my service due to the fact i had to make numerous medical appoitnments to get my eyes taken care of as well as be prescribed antibiotics. i never once got to speak to the owner, angie promised she would reach out to me and never did. i understand the service but getting a partial refund is appropriately since it wasn't the customers fault or the lash tech fault for the allergic reaction: My eyes were blood shot red for days as well as draining yellow discharge when i woke up. Do not think it was the best sanitary please since i seemed to get an eye infection for lash install.
