He responded the very same day, and by June 25 he was already checking on our timeline to make sure we could get the job done before our scheduled installation on the 29th. Mike and his team were professional, friendly, understanding, and communicated with us every step of the way. We ran into an unexpected issue when the store we purchased our pool from gave us the wrong bottom rails. Even though it wasn't his fault, Mike stayed in contact with us the entire time, patiently waited for the correct parts to arrive, and never left us wondering what was happening. It's hard to find contractors who genuinely care about their customers, and Mike and his team absolutely do. Their dedication, communication, and commitment to getting the job done right made a stressful situation so much easier.
