He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Not only did Ray walk me through…read moresome of the nuances of pool ownership, answering my 500 questions (which could probably be answered via Google or YouTube, honestly) and walking me through my personal pool layout/setup, but he did it all without expecting anything. We had Ray remediate a few issues with the pool: patching the liner and correcting some of the plumbing that decided it would strip and leak upon opening the pool (our pool is over 16yrs old). I found that his knowledge was refreshing, his attitude was positive, and his prices were very reasonable. Even if you have more than one estimate, I honestly would recommend you at least call Ray for another. It doesn't hurt you and can only benefit your situation to have a solid expert opinion on your money pit...I mean pool.

He kept us in limbo all weekend, then told my husband he would be out late afternoon and would give him a 30 minute heads-up so he would have time to leave work to meet him at our home. My husband never heard back from him so he texted him at 4:40pm. Ken replied he wasn't going to make it because he got stuck at another job, and he didn't offer another date/time. I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. If he doesn't want it, there are plenty of other people out there that would take/earn our money.
