The owner, Paul, stopped by several times during the process to make sure everything was going as planned. We had several challenges during the installation, but Paul and his team made sure that EVERYTHING was to my satisfaction. The pool had to be moved to a different area of my yard, which meant extra digging, removal of my old deck, additional concrete, and completely reconfiguring the pump, piping, electrical, etc. All of this work was done by his crew at no extra expense, and I am so happy with the results. At first I wasn't thrilled with the positioning of the pool, but Paul assured me that by the time they were done it would look like part of the landscape. And he was right! I love love love the results, the customer service, and the personal attention. As a single woman, I have had my share of shady contractors trying to take advantage. But with Heatwave, I didn't have to worry. They communicated with me just about every day during the process and responded quickly to all my questions/concerns. We had Ray remediate a few issues with the pool: patching the liner and correcting some of the plumbing that decided it would strip and leak upon opening the pool (our pool is over 16yrs old). I found that his knowledge was refreshing, his attitude was positive, and his prices were very reasonable. Even if you have more than one estimate, I honestly would recommend you at least call Ray for another. It doesn't hurt you and can only benefit your situation to have a solid expert opinion on your money pit...I mean pool.

Our chemicals & water are is great shape. Our leak is a known hot tub issue. What upsets me is fact that this leak was not any fault of ours on AND trip charge is $149 up to 20 miles and $3.0 every mile after! ( sorry but we purchased from you; if traveling is an issue then I'd say DO NOT SELL out of you area! Our trip charge was $242 + service charge 1 hour $120 and part $35... total $424.79.. that is not a price you'd think of receiving when it's under warranty! After making a few calls and explaining this, no one seems to care! With that said I wouldn't buy from them nor recommend! I bought this for health reasons; I'm in total shock And very upset! ( how can a garage door company just down street from them only charge $178 for a trip charge and not price gauge you for not having their product!!? or being out of their range for service?!)

He kept us in limbo all weekend, then told my husband he would be out late afternoon and would give him a 30 minute heads-up so he would have time to leave work to meet him at our home. My husband never heard back from him so he texted him at 4:40pm. Ken replied he wasn't going to make it because he got stuck at another job, and he didn't offer another date/time. I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. If he doesn't want it, there are plenty of other people out there that would take/earn our money.
