Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

I wish we had had the experience the other reviewers had, unfortunately ours was much the opposite…read more We had a stamped concrete patio put in in 2015, and I'm truly not even sure where to start on describing the experience. - Was condescended to and berated (literally yelled at) multiple times by Frank Zeibel, once because we wanted to be home when the crew was working- a normal request by any standard, another time when questioning the FOOTPRINTS that were gathering water when it rained - Was told by the crew that the footprints in the stamped concrete were "part of the design" and only after threatening legal action through a certified letter and daily calls did they come out and redo the concrete. There are still imprints from the workers shoes in the part of the patio that was not jacked up and redone (see photos) - Concrete slurry was left all over the brick after multiple promises to clean it up - Our fire pit was supposed to be 3' x 5', they made it 4' x 6' and we now have a comically large fire pit I would warn anyone to think twice before giving ACR your hard earned money.

He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. He kept us in limbo all weekend, then told my husband he would be out late afternoon and would give him a 30 minute heads-up so he would have time to leave work to meet him at our home. My husband never heard back from him so he texted him at 4:40pm. Ken replied he wasn't going to make it because he got stuck at another job, and he didn't offer another date/time. I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. If he doesn't want it, there are plenty of other people out there that would take/earn our money.

We were told it would take 3 days to perform the service and that we had to pay in full prior to install. They gave us times they would be on our property to complete the service but did not inform us that the times provided were arrival windows. 2 out of 3 days they arrived 3-4 hours outside of the arrival windows. We were not informed they would be late, we had to call ourselves to ask where they were and when they would be coming. Did not receive return calls multiple times and had to call repeatedly to ask when they were coming. On both days we were given excuses of extreme medical emergencies. They ensured us this was not their typical standard of business. I understand emergencies happen, but I do not understand why they were not able to call us in a timely manner to inform us that they would be arriving well outside of the arrival window. On the 3rd day, the sink was to be reconnected to the plumbing. While connecting the sink, we were told $200 worth of additional work was needed to reconnect the sink to the pipes. I dropped the sink off at GNS several days before install and was told the sink would be compatible based on the size. No one inspected the pipes under the sink prior to install, and if they had they should have warned us of the possibility of additional costs outside of the balance we had already paid in full. The plumber also informed us that one of the sink holes had been cut too big for our water faucet by the men who installed the countertops and that they should have known how big to cut it. He had to do extra work to make the water faucet fit because of this, contributing to the extra plumbing cost. My husband went to discuss our frustrations with the owner and manager of the company. They were dismissive of our wasted time during the conversation and only agreed to pay for the plumbing costs. When asked why we should pay full price when they admitted the service was not completed to their normal standards, they refused a refund and told my husband to post a bad review and that they didn't care if he did. Their best response was repeatedly asking, but the countertops look great right?? They had no remorse for our wasted time including being late to appointments and work to be present during their installation that was hours outside of the provided times. Only offered to reschedule after the counters and plumbing were disconnected and removed and after being informed they were 15 minutes away to place the new countertops anyway. Rescheduling would have meant several more days without water in the kitchen and gaping holes from the missing countertops. I would also argue that 5 hours outside of the arrival window time is already rescheduling. They repeatedly claimed to be the best in the business during our conversation and bragged of having the best products. They accused us of not being understanding rather than taking responsibility for providing poor customer service. They additionally accused us of wasting their time because the sink was not dropped off on the day we told them we were planning to. We attempted to drop off the sink on the agreed upon day but waited for 15 minutes in the store without anyone coming to collect the sink. When the manager was informed of this, he said he would have to check to cameras to ensure this was truthful. Regardless, the sink was dropped off several days prior to install, not sure how that is considered wasted time compared to being several hours late 2/3 days with no notice. Good business includes good customer service and not simply good products. They do not care for their customers' time or their reputation outside of their products. Very disappointed.

He came…read moreout within a week, and after a day of fixing and a day of drying and parts replacement, the bathtub looks pristine. The gloss is so even and sharp I'm afraid to even leave a fingerprint on it. The photo attached does not do justice. Of note, there are epoxy fumes as it dries for a couple of days so I'd recommend turning on the vent and sealing the door with a towel to air it all out. He also gives you a list of things not to clean the shiny bathtub with. Something your renters or family may need to know.
