We love the quartz countertops. Communication with installers on work to be performed needs improvement. Installer arrived two hours earlier than scheduled. Fortunately we were able to accommodate. They also forgot a backsplash which required a second scheduled visit. Also forgot the included cutting board twice. We are still waiting for it. Robert Smith read more

DO NOT USE GNS IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND TIME RESPECTED. We used Global Natural Stones to install countertops from 8/31-9/2/2026. We were told it would take 3 days to perform the service and that we had to pay in full prior to install. They gave us times they would be on our property to complete the service but did not inform us that the times provided were arrival windows. 2 out of 3 days they arrived 3-4 hours outside of the arrival windows. We were not informed they would be late, we had to call ourselves to ask where they were and when they would be coming. Did not receive return calls multiple times and had to call repeatedly to ask when they were coming. On both days we were given excuses of extreme medical emergencies. They ensured us this was not their typical standard of business. I understand emergencies happen, but I do not understand why they were not able to call us in a timely manner to inform us that they would be arriving well outside of the arrival window. On the 3rd day, the sink was to be reconnected to the plumbing. While connecting the sink, we were told $200 worth of additional work was needed to reconnect the sink to the pipes. I dropped the sink off at GNS several days before install and was told the sink would be compatible based on the size. No one inspected the pipes under the sink prior to install, and if they had they should have warned us of the possibility of additional costs outside of the balance we had already paid in full. The plumber also informed us that one of the sink holes had been cut too big for our water faucet by the men who installed the countertops and that they should have known how big to cut it. He had to do extra work to make the water faucet fit because of this, contributing to the extra plumbing cost. My husband went to discuss our frustrations with the owner and manager of the company. They were dismissive of our wasted time during the conversation and only agreed to pay for the plumbing costs. When asked why we should pay full price when they admitted the service was not completed to their normal standards, they refused a refund and told my husband to post a bad review and that they didn't care if he did. Their best response was repeatedly asking, but the countertops look great right?? They had no remorse for our wasted time including being late to appointments and work to be present during their installation that was hours outside of the provided times. Only offered to reschedule after the counters and plumbing were disconnected and removed and after being informed they were 15 minutes away to place the new countertops anyway. Rescheduling would have meant several more days without water in the kitchen and gaping holes from the missing countertops. I would also argue that 5 hours outside of the arrival window time is already rescheduling. They repeatedly claimed to be the best in the business during our conversation and bragged of having the best products. They accused us of not being understanding rather than taking responsibility for providing poor customer service. They additionally accused us of wasting their time because the sink was not dropped off on the day we told them we were planning to. We attempted to drop off the sink on the agreed upon day but waited for 15 minutes in the store without anyone coming to collect the sink. When the manager was informed of this, he said he would have to check to cameras to ensure this was truthful. Regardless, the sink was dropped off several days prior to install, not sure how that is considered wasted time compared to being several hours late 2/3 days with no notice. Good business includes good customer service and not simply good products. They do not care for their customers' time or their reputation outside of their products. Very disappointed. read more

Positives: Kevin was wonderful to work with. He knew his stuff and was very helpful throughout the process. We were also happy with the product selection and what we bought.  One star lost for delivery. The communication with the delivery crew was poor, and the people who measured/delivered/installed were rude & unfriendly. They showed up 90 minutes earlier than their window one day, came back another day without the product that they didn't cut correctly the first time and without a call, and then didn't show up the third time as expected to deliver the product they didn't cut the correct time the first time. The second star was lost because the owner came across as rude to our contractor. There was a mix-up with quantity, and we ended up with an extra box of unopened product. (I'm honestly not sure who's fault it was originally - ours, our contractors, GNS. . . it really doesn't matter - and we missed it in the final sign off.) Regardless, there was no reason to be rude when asking if we could return a box of product. Perception is reality to your customers, so even if your intention was to defend yourself/the store, I suggest doing so in a pleasant way. The store has a sign up that says something like, "Long after price is forgotten, quality is remembered." I would argue it should be: "Long after price is forgotten, experience is remembered." And our experience was mixed. I'd shop around, and if you find yourself at Global Natural Stone, work with Kevin. And just be prepared to deal with some rude people. But that's life, right?  P.S. It looks like I should've read some Yelp reviews .... I think I will have the sink double checked. Yikes. read more

Love our countertops. The process went very smoothly. Thanks Kevin for all your help.

Had a quartz countertop installed. Very quick, much more affordable than going through a big box store, and it looks great. The warehouse was so much easier to pick out a slab than looking at tiny samples. Highly recommend! read more

We were very satisfied with our experience at Global Natural Stone, from the very first visit and through the installation process. Liam and Kevin were very helpful and knowledgeable. One thing that sold us after the first visit, was that they weren't pushy. They explained the process and then directed us to the warehouse, with pen and paper to look at the choices at our own pace without a salesman hovering. Pricing was fair and upfront, without any hidden fees. We definitely will be return customers when we are ready to upgrade our bathrooms next. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with Global Natural Stones. During the countertop installation process, the plumber they contracted (James Sandlin with TNT Construction) did not reconnect a water line correctly and flooded our kitchen. Neither the plumber nor Global Natural Stones would provide their insurance information or remedies despite being directly responsible for the damage. Now we have to replace our floors and cabinets (both were ruined as a result, confirmed by the professional assessment of Servpro), which includes uninstalling our new countertops out of our own pocket/insurance. Stay away from this place. They lack honesty and integrity and should be ashamed of how they do business. read more

Bad quality stone/counter top. We have product from this store and it stains so easily. They refused to seal the counter tops with proper materials although many experts on the internet websites that the counter tops have to be sealed. Instead they turned disrespectful. They wants to charge me more for part of the job that supposed to be standard in counter top work. Would avoid doing business with them because they lack integrity. read more

Poor installation and although I went in and picked what piece of granite I wanted and Kevin marked the area, the installers did not cut it correctly. I would never use this company again and cannot recommend it. read more

This store is in Springboro, OH. Not sure why this says California. Ordered a couple of pieces of marble. Said it would take 10 days. Finally about 3 weeks later we get a phone call asking us what sides we wanted finished. They said it would take another week and they should be done. Well, that was Monday of this week. We never heard anything so we called them and no response. Finally, they say there done on Friday. Picked up the 2 pieces and they are scratched and the top of the small counter top wasn't even polished. the cost was expensive compared to other places. We can polish them and use them, but why should we for the money. Avoid this place. read more

It appears that our experience is not unique with Global Natural Stones. The company's responses to negative reviews on Google and Yelp are consistent with our conversations with Panna and Kevin. Essentially, unsatisfactory results are the responsibility of the customer. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with Panna and Kevin, we're sharing our experience with potential customers. Readers, enjoy both sides of story and decide for yourselves. Great news: We have counters! The company delivered a beautiful product and they were on-time. Less-than-great news: The dimensions of our island top are materially wrong. We followed the company's process and here's what happened: 1) We shared our initial size estimate with Kevin and paid a deposit 2) The official measurement occurred while we were out of town, and we asked for a 12 inch overhang on two sides of the island for stools (this measurement should have been 8 inches less than our original estimate). 3) We contacted the company several times confirming that they had no questions--12 inch overhang on two sides (as we relied on their official measurement). They confirmed that their measurements matched our requirements. Note: if the overhang is larger than this amount, it needs additional support that is installed before the counters are installed. We didn't install this support as we planned for a 12 inch overhang. 4) The company delivered and installed material with the dimensions of our original estimate without any support (see picture). As we have an active toddler and an infant, this installation posed a significant safety risk to our family. 5) The company charged us for the extra material and is not willing to cover the cost of support installation. Panna informed us that it was our error because of the original estimate and that he sent those dimensions to us in an email. After all, their measurement and expertise can't be at fault. 6) Oh, and there are multiple leaks from the sink that the company mounted--from the space between the countertop and sink. We notified Panna and he committed to sealing the sink. It's been a week since his promise and they've stopped returning our calls. Unfortunately, after several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this we've lost hope in Panna and his company and are unable to recommend Global Natural Stones to our friends and other potential customers. read more

I'm thrilled to get reacquainted with the friendly, customer-focused team at GNS. I've worked with them exclusively as an online stone supplier, and truly appreciate their rapid and detailed comminications. Last week, GNS went above and beyond to locate my 2009 order info, then offered me the few extra matching pieces I now need. Wow! Prices are reasonable with an excellent selection. Highly recommended for online orders. read more

My experience with GNS was terrible - from the beginning when they refused to give me a receipt, to the granite installation where they badly damaged my home, to the email from Panna Chorida that threatened to file a lawsuit if I publicly posted about his terrible business practices. I recently purchased granite for my bathroom vanity from GNS and when they came to do the installation, they scraped paint from two walls and punctured another. I immediately complained to the crew, and the only English speaking member from the team of three didn't take responsibility for the damage or even care. He told me that he is just a contractor and I had to contact Panna Chordia from GNS directly to resolve the issue. Mr. Chordia told me that I signed a contract which stated that they weren't responsible for damage during installation, but when I asked for a copy of the contract I signed, he refused to provide it. After the call, he emailed me with an explicit threat: that if I contact Better Business Bureau like I had promised to do, he will sue me. To that, I say I don't care. No business should be able to damage your home, not fix it, and then make explicit threats against a customer looking for a fair resolution. You should not do business with a company like this one or you'll face the same kind of issues. Lastly, I was forced to pay for the full job upfront, which I have never heard of throughout several home remodels. While the business claims to accept cash, check, or credit card, they charge a service fee for credit card payments. Nevertheless, if you do go ahead and do business with GNS, I advise you to bite the bullet and pay the credit card processing fee so that when they inevitably damage your home, you can file a payment dispute. read more

The granite looks great, but was installed crooked on the island. I went in and asked that the granite be repositioned. 4 months later, still no fix. I went in to tell the owner and he made excuses, and even said I should have come in earlier. I explained that my daughter had passed away during the time and coming in or calling was not in the forefront of my mind. I feel the owner, when told the work had not been done, should have apologized and asked how he could fix the problem, not make excuses and put the blame on me. If you want a place that comes in and does the work properly, and you don't have to keep calling, go somewhere else. read more

Viral and Panna did an amazing job on our granite countertops for our kitchen. Price of stone was average. Installation was VERY poor. They cut out our newly installed walls to fit the stone that they brought, not the other way around. We assumed thy knew what they were doing-that was a mistake. Installers refused to caulk where the stone met the walls, not surprising when you could drop a pencil through the crack that they left. A let down at the end of our remodel. read more

Our bathroom quartz countertop was cut incorrectly (they cut the holes on site when they install) where the faucets were supposed to go- one 6 inches and one 8 inches apart. We did not know until our plumber put the faucets in and hooked everything up a couple days later. After notifying GNS of the mistake we asked for a refund of installation since they did it incorrectly and if we would have installed it ourselves the holes would have been cut at their facility and would have been correct with someone overseeing them do it. The owner refused, saying they installed the counter so why should he refund the money. We also asked to be reimbursed for our plumbing fees because our plumber had to come back to take the faucets and drains out and then come back again to reinstall the faucets and drains- all costing us extra money because if their mistake. Again, he refused and said we never should have had our plumber put the faucets in, we should have noticed the mistake before the faucets were in. He also wanted to try to do a cheap fix (cut the holes bigger to move the faucet handles apart the correct distance and fill in the rest with resin). Our contractor did some measuring and told us we would see the resin so we told GNS to replace the slab. They were difficult to get a hold of and did not return our calls twice so we had to keep calling them. For a company that made a mistake, they were not very courteous about making it right and were in no hurry. We understand that mistakes happen, but when they do, a reputable company would concern themselves with making it right ASAP and in a kind way. Finally, a week and a half later we had a new slab- cut correctly. Keep in mind, installation is usually 2 weeks after you order, so again they were not concerned with the time frame of making things right. Panna was very rude on the phone with my husband and not nice to deal with. We have a kitchen remodel coming up and we will NOT be using GNS. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT use Global Natural Stone. If they make a mistake, this company is horrible to deal with. read more

We had a great experience with Global Natural Stones. Kevin and John were both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, displaying great patience with all of our questions. They were also highly responsive to a concern we had following installation of our granite countertops. We have had a very enjoyable experience working with all three of these people at Global Natural Stones. If you are looking for somebody who cares, listens to your needs, has many years experience, and one of the best selections to choose from, then this is the place to go. I shopped around, and there is no one who had the customer service like they do. The first time I was there I had a follow up call in a few days, which was very impressive. I was in several times there after and decided this is the best place for granite and also choose their sink package! We love our granite and the look of our new kitchen! I would highly recommend Global Natural Stones. Susan Armentrout, Springboro, Ohio read more

We purchased granite for a small kitchen renovation. My daughter was home from college so she and my wife went to pick out the color. The owner was standing right beside them at the slab they picked out, and they showed him the corner they wanted for the island. I opted for them to install the overhang brackets for the island because I just installed brand new custom made maple cabinets, and if any thing happened during installation I wanted to be protected. ($150 for 3 brackets and another $150 for the installation.) Installers showed up the day before the granite install and here's where the fun began. I had to tell them HOW , not where ,to install the brackets. They didn't have the required materials to do it correctly. No wood, tape, glue or screws. I then noticed a reciprocating saw in their bucket. No way I was letting anyone hack into my brand new cabinets with that, a hammer and chisel. I contacted the store and spoke with Kevin. I told him the installers didn't know what they were doing and that I would be installing the brackets myself. I asked for a refund of the installation cost and he said no problem. Next day granite installers showed up. They did a good job on the installation side of things. My daughter came into the kitchen and right away said " that's not the piece mom and I picked out for the island" I sent a picture to my wife and she said that's not what they picked out. Not only was it the wrong piece, but it had a 1 1/2 x 1/4 gouge on one of the edges. I contacted the owner and he said that's what my wife and daughter picked out because that's what HE wrote down. Unbelievable. I then asked him about my refund for the bracket install and he would only give me back half because " the guys showed up and you should have let them TRY to install them" Sorry, but I wasn't about to,let them hack on my new cabinets, especially because the brackets are visible coming up from the basement. He then told me that " I'm too particular " I finally calmed down my wife over the island, and set up,an appointment for them to come repair the damage in the granite. They never showed up. I talked to Kevin the next day and he told me the crew ran over time on a prior job, but they should've called me and then he apologized. A few days later the owner (Panna) contacted me to set another time to come repair the damage. When I ask him why the crew never showed up, he told me that the crew lost my paperwork and that both guys had forgotten their cell phones. I'll let the reader decide which story is true. Funny how I wasn't paid any money for the no show on his crew. I guess only his time is worth money. read more

Be aware that your first estimate, after they have measured, and after you have given the REQUIRED 75% down, based on their STATED price....they will then INCREASE the price latter! Stating that their cutter is charging for a greater area than they had measured. If then you want to back out of the deal, they will charge you a minimum fee of $500 for templateing.......taking it out of the down payment that you gave them! The Template guy makes about $15-20 per hour and it takes him about an hour to do. Nice little spread! You are stuck, with their "new" price because no matter how mad you might be, you just have to go along with it. It's not even bait and switch. It's larceny. Original estimate of $4,200 comes out at $5,100. Second time, a year later (because I needed the same granite to match) the estimate was $2,100....came out to $3,000! They low ball the estimate so that you'll sign and give them the money, then revise the price higher. It doesn't take a math major to figure out the sq. ft. area of your project. And yes, there will be some wastage. And the wastage thing is easy to figure out too. What they are doing is wrong. I hope word of mouth gets around! I have the original Templateing, Estimates and Receipts to prove it. Pana, the "owner" is the prime culprit. It's only a store front. They just have stone there. They do no fabricate or cut. They "subcontract" the templateing, cutting and installation. read more

Unqualified and unprofessional. I payed for 50+ sq ft of premium quality granite and backsplash. I recieved chipped, pitted, damaged product. They provide you paperwork definining premium quality granite,. You pay, then they send you install documents which has general disclaimer saying stone can be pitted, chipped, damaged and you will take seams no matter how bad they look. Installers show up at 2:00 pm and want to be home by 5. Very rushed install and poor quality. They damaged walls and cabinets, plus installed chipped damaged granite. My job was 5 pieces,. All 5 pieces have damage. When trying to resolve Panna became very confrontational. They lie and if you read reviews,. Everybody is out to take advantage of small company according to them. However check into how many companies are involved,. See keld intl and keld stones Centerville,. Do not give them a dime. read more

It gives me great pleasure to submit this review based on our recent purchase with Global Natural Stones (GNS). After shopping a few granite suppliers, we choose GNS because of their outstanding selection of top quality granite, their excellent customer service, their responsiveness and promptness in completing our order. We took our preliminary measurements to them to initiate the order and they took care of the rest, from template to complete installation, all within a 2 week period. We are 100% satisfied, very impressed, strongly recommend and will definitely purchase from GNS in the future. Much appreciation to Panna, his staff and installation crew. read more

I love our new quartz countertops from Global Natural Stones! A neighbor had gone to GNS for their granite countertops and they were very pleased with the results. The quality of the neighbor's countertops also drew me to choose GNS. Another friend went with a box store for their granite and backsplash and they had to drive to Columbus to pick out their slab. It was very convenient to visit the showroom in Springboro and not only see the large number of granite slabs available, but also some marble and quartz. While the engineered stones (quartz) are not housed there, it did not slow the process of getting my new countertops. I was expecting it to be weeks, but it was 15 days from commitment of the project to completion, including measuring, removal of existing countertop, disconnect of plumbing, installation of new countertop and reconnection of the plumbing. We chose GNS services for removal and reconnection, but we also chose their sink, faucet and accessories. The schedule was arranged to cause the least disruption, which was very much appreciated. Each staff member encountered was professional and skilled. Sumi, Kevin and Panna all assisted with answering questions and offering an opinion. All were very helpful in the most challenging part of the process and that's deciding what it is that ends up in a home for a long time. The tear out and reconnection was the part that made me the most nervous, but Steve was so careful that it quickly allayed any fears. The old Formica countertops were donated to Habitat for Humanity, which I thought was a nice gesture. The actual installation went very quickly. The countertops and sink are just beautiful. A backsplash is next, and Panna and Sumi have already been helpful in that decision too. I recommend this company! read more
