I wanted to reply to @Chris f. 1-star rating who posted a review saying they "come work on your property and break the law". As you can see from the picture they are parking in the cul-de-sac and at NO time blocked the street. My house is the red brick one just to the passenger side of the truck and at NO time, over the many days they were there (on and off) did I have ANY issue with where they parked. They never blocked anything. They were there only a few hours and needed to get as close as they could to the work-site due to the heavy tools and concrete. I watched their work at my next-door neighbor's that spanned over several days and even got to know some of the crew. They were awesome! HARD WORKERS for sure. I can say first hand that they did an AMAZING job and despite the rainy weather, they showed up every day it wasn't raining to complete each phase of the project. This large, stamped patio they put in is the best I've ever seen. Their work was fast and efficient and the finished product has a WOW factor off the chart. I'm not sure what the beef is with Chris f's review but I saw nothing they did wrong and for sure they did not block the street and never left the site with their trucks unattended and it was just for a few hours. The crew at ACR just completed a big project for my wife and I at our home near Amberley Village. We discovered our nearly 900 square foot deck had severe structural and rot problems and the covered porch off the back of our house was nearing collapse. I had two goals when I replaced the deck, I wanted the replacement to be beautiful and I wanted it to be the last porch I had to put in. These guys absolutely delivered! The team from the start communicated clearly, always called if there was going to be a rain delay, and weren't afraid to ask questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They handled change orders professionally and with very fair pricing. The crews were always knowledgeable of the process and were not afraid to dig in to fix problems as they crept up. Supporting the roof of my house while digging out years old problems from the covered porch was no easy task but they didn't hesitate at all. The crews also took great care to protect my yard and the rest of the property from damage during the pour. They laid down plywood on the yard to make sure the buggies didn't tear up my lawn, they swept up after themselves, and when the project was complete my yard and driveway were all put back in order. I can not recommend this company enough. We will be having them back to take on some additional projects. read more

We contracted with ACR Concrete in the spring to do a stamped concrete patio and some walkways on our property. Jeff and his design team assisted us in choosing the perfect layout, pattern and color for our patio. Given the very wet spring, they still managed to get to our project in a timely fashion. Once we were on the schedule everything went very fast. The project manager and his team were all very courteous and professional. They were happy to answer my questions as the work progressed, asked for my input on a couple of small details to make sure we were on the same page, and explained the steps they would take to complete my project. They made every effort to complete the work with careful attention to detail, even paving a walkway through a small garden right between two plants that I asked not be disturbed if possible. They were so careful they didn't even have to move the pole that holds my bird feeder. Upon completion of the project they made sure I had all the information I needed regarding the care of my new stamped concrete. They answered my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. They kept the worksite clean, no soda bottles, snack wrappers or any other detritus left behind. If you need concrete work done, look no further! Out of the five bids I received, ACR was the only company that actually came out and looked at the job before giving me a quote. I was able to ask questions, get ideas and Jeff was able to answer them right there on the spot which really helped. Once we signed the paperwork and the date of the pour was set, the communication didn't stop. Jeff would respond to my emails typically in under a half hour. His crew is top notched, both the framers and the finishers. They were happy to answer all of my questions and were very professional! They cleaned up their mess thoroughly at the end of each day, they even cleaned the street and sidewalk when the job was complete. The patio turned out beautiful, exactly what we wanted! We had a very large patio installed with curves and a lot of specialized setup. They also constructed a 48" fire pit and 12' curved wall for us. The quoting process was thorough and helpful. I met with young man by the name of Jeff who was very easy to work with an answered every question I had or got the answer for me quickly. From start to finish I was very impressed with how professional/efficient they were. We have used ACR at our previous house to install stamped concrete around our pool. They did an amazing job. We have since moved and the new house had a large amount of stamped concrete that had never been sealed since install 12 years ago. They came and spray washed and sealed the concrete and it looks like it was just poured yesterday. Unbelievable difference. Great job and great price.
