I contacted and met with quite a few pool companies. When Dave at SunSpot came out to assess our backyard, we felt confident that he and his crew could handle the task. He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Their staff was also very helpful in walking me through how to use the equipment, proper maintenance, etc. We unfortunately were relocated this past year and miss our backyard oasis that SunSpot created.

We bought a $11,747 spa for my wife's arthritis at the Kemper Rd. location - upon delivery they dropped it off with an instruction packet and that was it. We used the frog system to keep it clean, soon after we had major heating problems where it would get up to 108°, we even got a email from Jacuzzi telling us not to use the tub until the problem is corrected. Eventually the tub started leaking and a perfect 4 to 5 inch circumference around the tub. Technician came out SEVEN different times over a 5 month period - seemed to clear the water up at times however it would still not stay at the temperature we put in the keypad. They called the leak a moisture ring however it was a leak, it went all the way to our window well in perfect radius. We documented all with pictures, text messaging, video, a log of the entire ordeal. They sent a message today basically blaming us for having dirty water in first month and that's why the problems are here six months later. Dishonest, will not accept responsibility for a defective even though the technician admitted he could not fix the tub. Just forewarned if you buy from them they will not refund or replace the only want to keep trying to fix it. After seven visits at what point do we say enough is enough? we had to hire our family attorney to start a process against them. We drained the tub and now they're telling us to fill it back up so they can come back out for the eighth time. Always heard good things -one of the most disappointing experiences as a consumer I've ever had. It's a shame they are trying to put it off on dirty water the first month six months later when they've been out seven times and have said they can't fix it. Horrible purchase on our part. Don't fall for the smiles in the retail store.

James has been very professional to work with and is almost always on time. Our quotes received from Primo have always been within reason of other companies but we've had much better luck getting Primo to show up to actually do the work and the crews actually take pride in cleaning up and not leaving hazardous debris around. You do get what you pay for and although Primo is not always the least expensive of my quotes, they are very competitive and at or below market average from other competitive quotes I've received. Primo is well worth the peace of mind that comes with using them as I've grown to not be concerned when James shows up that the right materials, right crew, quality work and quality cleanup will be handled as a professional company should. In the past I tried to use a couple craigslist and other B and C rated Angie's companies and I was amazed at the difference in quality of work you get with Primo. I honestly didn't save any money with the issues I had to fix on 2 of my rental properties from the cheaper quote Craigslist people. I actually ended up spending almost 25% more on the lower priced guys as they caused damage to installed products that i had to later have Primo come out to properly install and bail me out of jam. I had a roof on a rental property we own not be covered by warranty because a C rated angie's list company i took a chance on installed it wrong. Got water damage, ruined about 8 squares of shingles and needed a bunch of wood replaced. NOT WORTH GOING WITH THE CHEAP GUYS! Trust me! James quote on one of my cheap jobs was only 7% more to be done right by Primo than Todd the Craigslist installer who showed up with himself and random guy with not the type of tools and they screwed up and ruined materials, had overages, didn't show up for a week, wanted paid up for the entire job up front, was a mess! James bailed me out and fixed the issues and even helped me address issues the other guys totally missed that would have caused me to fail inspections. Thank you James for great work! Highly Recommend Primo Exteriors!

In order to get a manufacturers' warranty for the siding, the manufacturer wanted a final sales receipt from Primo. But Primo didn't provide one. I guess James was too busy to drop it in the mail. How helpful! The contract included Debris Removal and Primo removed it, TWENTY ONE DAYS after final payment was made. Two stars, instead of one, because the crew who actually performed the installation did an excellent job. If I could have worked with them, instead of having to go through "Primo", this would have been a 5-star review. In our case "No Hassle" meant several passive-aggressive incidents that were completely unnecessary.
