I'm rating this one as it's the closest location to me and I ordered online. I was a little upset you couldn't pick and choose and that you still had to pay shipping on top of a groupon offer I had gotten. But all in all most of these juices were tasty. I can't comment on the shop, or the workers, or even the service because like I said, I was an online customer, however it was shipped in a cooler with ice packs and sorta messy but rubber banded together trying to avoid it. I didn't feel very cleansed lol but who knows. For the price. I dnno. Decent. Our favorite was a clear favorite for the both of us- the coconut! If you do go, it's cold press out of a bottle, not fresh so be warned, the sugar content in these things are way too high as well. read more

I had confirmed 12/31 delivery date which came and went ($29 delivery fee paid). Order showed up in the evening of 1/2 with no dry ice, not very cold - most likely outdoor temperature. Jus by Julie offered excuse that it was UPS glitch and offered $10 future credit for juice that was sitting around for a few days. It wasn't my first order so I know how well this should and probably packed. Customer service has not gotten back to me to acknowledge the poor quality of this delivery. I first asked for the delivery charge to be reimbursed but then asked for entire credit. Company has yet to respond - obviously not caring if word gets out. Sadly the juices arrived late in the day. I was so excited to have the island coconut I rushed to open it. EWWW! It tasted formented! I have had this before and that was not how it sould taste. Thought I had a bad one so I cracked the other one open and CRAP! That one had the same issue! Ugh. Disappointment. But ok, I move on from bad things quickly. I grabbed the Choco-nana. It was delicious. I found the rest of the juices to be good. Honestly, I gave this place a lot of chances (seeing that I usually go to the Brooklyn location.. living on the island I thought this would just be more convenient) but it's been everything but. I truly do no recommend this store. No one picks up the phone and someone texts you back about what order you'd like. It's constantly different people you're speaking to and messages are clearly NEVER delivered properly once switching hands. I appreciate the gesture of trying to make the situation better after driving an hour and fifteen minutes and the drinks not being there, but now I picked them up and they're wrong again. This place needs to be more organized and have "less hands in the pot" because other customers were also not happy with the service and situation at hand (aside from my personal one they were experiencing problems also.) I just personally think a store like this needs more management and attentiveness seeing I was allergic to nuts and was still given a peanubutter drink for my daily juice cleanse. read more

I ordered a custom one day cleanse that delivered today. You can't keep them in the fridge for too long - so my intention was to obviously do the cleanse tomorrow. The cleanse came with the wrong juices. What was the point of ordering a custom cleanse for them to send me items that I DIDN'T ORDER instead of what I did order??? I emailed customer service and they obviously did not reply. They have a response time of 48 hours. How does that help someone who needs to do a cleanse on a certain day?? I'd give less stars if I could. Ordered a cleanse from here & it arrived pretty late in the day with only a single ice pack (which was warm) in between 2 of the juices. It's August so you think they'd take extra precaution in delivering things like this that are perishable. I opened one of the green juices which was totally warm & it sounded like the fizz you hear when you open a soda can & smelled horrible. Myself and husband ordered the one day juice cleanse to kick start our new healthy living. Unfortunately these juices had no affect whatsoever. A complete waste of money. We followed the usage as instructed. I had to call customer service a few times and could never get through to anybody. So I emailed the company several times and it took a couple extra emails just to get a reply that did not even answer my questions. Horrible customer service. I'm thrilled to have a Juice Cleanse on the east coast! Many of the ones that exist are located in the city... and don't really deliver or offer Juice subscriptions. Also a huge plus for this company is that it's BLENDED, i don't know why but no other juice cleanse is blending their drinks... from my research this is a much better way to detox your body. It's nice to know that it's a local Brooklyn family grown business, that truly don't have any preservatives. It makes me feel like i could have done it myself, but they got their blends just right that i'm happy to be spending my money on the luxury of having health-in-a-bottle prepared for me. I went to the location on Court Street in Btooklyn and purchased my 3 day cleanse. The service was great. I got a quick lesson from one of the reps Daniel who was personable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me some tips. Now 3 days later I feel wonderful. The juices are flavorful and filling. I never lasted this long on any cleanse. I was excited to to start juicing for the first time wanted to try it out. When my shipment arrived I received all my juices on time . 1st day was kinda hard but I loved all the juices didn't have a problem drinking them. Day 2. I was happy to see a juice store opening up but I was expecting a juice bar to get fresh juice. Apparently this spot sells pre packages juice that they cold press. It was good but you have to try them all to figure out your favorites it's not like if you go to a juice bar and it's too bitter you can ask them to add a apple. jus by julie not only sounds good, but it also tastes good. i started doing a juice cleanse after a meat-intensive weekend. at first, i wasn't too sure what the rave was about and if it was actually going to make a difference. but now i understand. it's all about detoxifying your body of the "harmful" toxins. the first night was the hardest, but if you stick to it, it was all worth it. in the end, i definitely felt like i challenged myself and felt a huge difference in my body. it also suppressed my appetite. i feel more conscious now about the portions i eat and what i eat. the only concern is that you don't get it right away as it takes time to process. but because all the juices are freshly pressed, they are shipped overnight in a cooler bag. read more

I received an improperly packed package on a Friday in August 2018. When I received it, the contents were warm. They were also rancid. When I called, no one picked up the phone. I emailed and the customer service person tried to blame me for the fact that the smoothies were received in condition that was not fit for consumption. And in looking at other reviews, multiple other customers have had issues with receiving warm/improperly packaged. smoothies. Then they stopped responding after I replied and never sought to resolve the issue. I ended up needing to contest the charge with my credit card company. Jus by Julie is a superior product. The freshness, number of ingredients and the thickness of the juices tells the story. The 3 Day cleanse is very satisfying and I found that some days I didn't even need to drink all six bottles. I wanted a faster delivery once and bought a competing product and that was a mistake. My friends and I all ordered cleanses to the same location to start our cleanse together. One order was shipped on expected date and arrived in perfect condition, some of the juices were different than what was specified but nothing too bad. The other box never arrived. We had been tracking it all day and it said out for delivery, however that night status changed to "Delayed by UPS." Since it was Friday, the Juices did not arrive over the weekend. Monday the Juices finally arrived in a beaten up box and they were warm. Not just dry ice melted warm, but HOT the kind of hot that happens when they store juices in a UPS warehouse in Arizona with no climate control. The juices were obviously rancid. We then spent the next 36 hours trying to get in contact with Julie. We called over 100 times during business hours and no one answered. We sent multiple emails and it took 36 HOURS to get a response. The only response they gave us was that we "changed the address" and that delayed the shipment. Took no responsibility for the rotten juices sent to us. Also, not to mention NO ONE CHANGED THE ADDRESS. They didn't even offer to fix the problem. We had to demand new juices and they told us the soonest we could get a delivery was 3 days from the answered email. This is ridiculous. Would never buy from them again and would not recommend this customer service to my worst enemy. read more

This was my first juice cleanse. Juices were delivered on time, love the packaging with the reusable cooler and ice packs. I brought the juices to work. My job is stressful at times and when it is I can give in to the junk food that always seems to be hanging around. Not with my cleanse! My investment gave me incentive to stick with my cleanse going in but I found the juices were filling and I experienced no cravings for junk food! Not only were they filling, they were delicious. I love the variety in the daily sequence. Island Coconut was my favorite. Also loved Sweet Spin, Acai Blend and Not So Chunky. Actually enjoyed them all, there wasn't one I couldn't get through. The best part was how I felt at the end of the three days. The most energy I EVER had after working three 10 hour days! Felt full and satisfied and I'm still experiencing less cravings.
