Second time here (first time via a Yelp event left a great impression), and this time around, I really got to take a look at and appreciate the variety of snacks and supplements sold here (there are a lot), not just the shakes/smoothies/bowls that are made to order. For my order this time, I reluctantly selected the Orange Creamsicle Shake. I say reluctantly because, even though I was craving something citrusy, I sometimes find orange-flavored drinks a bit sweeter than I would prefer. But, to my relief, the Orange Creamsicle Shake is not too sweet. My brother got the Matcha Chip Shake. He thought it was good and minty, not too sweet. His preference is for shakes to be thicker, and unfortunately found his Matcha Chip Shake to be somewhat thin. But he liked the flavor. Each of the times I was at Fitrition, there were only 1 or 2 employees behind the counter, preparing customers' orders. So know there may be a bit of a wait if you're there for a smoothie or shake. I really like the selection of shakes/smoothies and they piqued my interest, so I'm planning to try a different shake or smoothie with each trip I take. And hopefully one of their prepared meals. My brother was impressed with what Fitrition has to offer and will also be back. read more

Apparently, this review was removed by the moderators, because they said it didn't look like I went to this place. Here is a pic with proof and it was delivery that's why it was $15. This has to be the worst juice bar I have ever gone to. I got the Matcha protein shake. It was grainy, the milk wasn't even cold it warm. It also had like a chemical taste. I requested a refund as I had to throw it out after paying $15 and the manager said no. Won't be going back here! They also have ready to eat meals and prepared healthy versions of snacks like cookies and protein bars. I tried an acai bowl and a juice (the hangover) and thoroughly enjoyed both. I had dental work and decided to grab a açaí bowl because I was on a soft diet. I phoned in my order for pick up and ordered a funky monkey bowl.I was under the impression contains peanut butter (they might want to reconsider the name of that item but that's neither here or there). But I asked for no strawberries because I would be unable to chew them and sub more banana instead. My sister ordered a custom smoothie which was just oat milk peanut blue berry strawberry no premium ingredients . The bowl wasn't finish and the worker said if I can just do the strawberries (which made no sense because bananas are cheaper than strawberries regardless) she's seemed reluctant to have substitution so I obliged. The portion was small at the price point and the 16 oz smoothie cost more than the bowl . The worker said customs smoothies have an automatic 3$ charge regardless of what it is. I'm used to workers at least helping customers make choice's similar to menu items or the very least divulging the additional cost and the 5$ tip suggestion was absurd! Like the food wasn't ready and we were the first customers. I've been going to Fitrition for 4 years now to be exact and I've always loved their Açaí bowls and smoothies. After going for 2 1/2 years I tried their meals, and absolutely love them. I've tried meals from other places before, nothing compared to Fitrition's meals. You can grab them at any of their locations! I love this location at NHP because it's so comfortable , they have a couch there and stools. You can eat there as well as taking it to go. The environment is always clean and employees make everything really well. My personal favorite is the peanut butter bowl with chocolate chips, and for smoothie, the purple haze! Just received an Uber Eats order from this location and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a shake and avocado toast; the shake was placed on its side in the bottom of the bag and the toast was placed on top of the shake. So not only did 1/4 of the shake spill into the bottom of the bag, I had cold avocado toast since it was sitting on top of cold drink, and because it spilled, turned the box soggy and the whole thing was just a mess. In the future, there needs to be better quality control when packaging hot & cold items in the same order. And if you're going to use drink lids that have a straw opening, please ensure the drink remains upright. The shake would have been much better had it not started to melt (since it was right below a warm item) and the avocado spread on the bread was way too salty. Their smoothies, shakes, shots, toast, and prepared meals are all excellent. However, the issue is that when asked for plant based protein or non-dairy milk they do not listen to you. I have an actual intolerance to whey and dairy and know immediately after I take a couple sips that it wasn't left out as I asked because the groaning and bloating of the stomach starts. Not everyone is trying to be annoying or be "healthy" some people actually have an intolerance. I expect more from a healthy food store. read more

I came in maybe a few days ago after my daughters swim lesson, my wife wanted a meal and an energizer smoothie. The store is very hip and certainly appeals to the younger generation, and if I were 20 I would probably be cajoling my friends to go. However after this encounter I had with a useless employee, you will never find me, my family or friends coming here. The girl behind the counter with curly hair completely ignored me, stared at my weirdly and clearly judged me.
