On multiple occasions he has made my drink with the wrong toppings and when asked to remake it, he refused and rudely said that's how the drink comes??? Today, he refused again to remake my drink unless I bought another, & it was my last straw. As a loyal customer, I don't think it is right to be treated this way and I don't want to support a business that allows that to happen. I never had a problem until he started working there. The young girls that work there are so sweet and amazing!!!

I admit the food it-selves was not bad BUT do you really wanna take the HEALTH RISK? and they don't wanna refund me my order? Only the drink!? When I'm not eating this bro you have ROACHES in your FOOD! While waiting the two girls in the front were eating chicken nuggets INFRONT OF THE FOOD! NO WONDER THEH HAVE ROACHES EMBEDDED INTO THE ICE!!!So nasty I'm deeply disappointed.

Highly recommend going with the lower sugar levels - these were already sweet enough for me, and I'd probably back the milk tea down to 50% too. The lychee lime was super refreshing & tasty, and the oolong tea was fragrant. My fiance thought the boba tasted a bit burnt though. Not sure if it's because of the sugar, but it did taste a little off. Texture was good though.

I've tried their Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap, and Thai Chicken Wrap. The flatbread had a good amount of chicken and cheese but if you prefer more veggies, I suggest going with a wrap. The Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap was a bit spicy so ask for the sauce on the side if you're more of a mild person. The Thai Chicken Wrap was my favorite! It's light, refreshing, and has a little bit of a crunch. I'm a big fan of their non-fat yogurt fruit smoothies and appreciate how you can substitute ingredients free of charge! My go to's are the Kiwi Quencher and Bahama Mama!

One employee and I never ever go there.. but one was annoying.. I kept trying to catch her when she came to the front and saw the young man unable to ring me up and give me change.. she kept grinning hysterically at a delivery pick up guy and walking back to the back and to him over some item once made there.. All while ignoring the desperate cashier who could not figure how to get change.. and ignoring me. Ten minutes it felt like.. So I had to say something like... Something is really wrong here... you are all not helping this man... and NO ONE is making the bowls or green drinks in the station behind the front.. Staff were standing further back and going past the station - making nothing- to the front and back again discussing various things. Finally the girl and one guy began to make my order which was called in 15 minutes before.. and the girl kept looking toward me then giggling toward the other worker. I said excuse me.. but laughing while preparing someone's food is going to get the order cancelled.. I tried to explain that was not ok... but they simply seemed too simple to get it.. and I wanted the Acai bowls and green drink.. so ignored my own demands. It was that kind of warp I was in. It was like a ten minute time warp of Wacky and distressed food service. Would be four stars for the items because the flavors were great and the two guys were very nice! Just a downer for them in there.. Not enough AC and software that was freezing for both guys. This place is doable for some .. but the kind of place my mother could never go to.. She has no patience for off behavior of people preparing food. * Update note -- stopped in AGAIN in need of Acai & Green drink and totally professional young guy was in and all was normal. Will return... And deal with any young staff issues for the trade off of healthy drinks.
