There are two men who work there one with locs and another shorter gentleman as well and a woman who never smiles and face looks unpleasant and mean. The only exception was one young woman who seemed polite. If you're lucky enough to be helped by her, your experience may be different. A welcoming atmosphere matters, especially at a place serving food and drinks. When employees treat customers with hostility, it doesn't inspire confidence or make people want to return. The last two times I ordered a smoothie, it was so thick and overly sweet that I couldn't even drink it. Both ended up in the trash, which was a complete waste of money.
