If you're looking to be ignored when you walk in, not greeted, spoken to rudely, and treated like you're an inconvenience, then this is the place for you. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and customer service seem to be completely absent. The staff consistently came across as unfriendly, dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming, with attitudes that made the entire experience uncomfortable. I guess this is to be expected from a Jamaican establishment. There are two men who work there one with locs and another shorter gentleman as well and a woman who never smiles and face looks unpleasant and mean. Every interaction I've had with them has been unpleasant. They come across as unapproachable, and as if they don't want customers there. It's incredibly off-putting. The only exception was one young woman who seemed polite. If you're lucky enough to be helped by her, your experience may be different. Unfortunately, everyone else I encountered projected such negative energy that it made me question whether I even wanted them preparing my food. A welcoming atmosphere matters, especially at a place serving food and drinks. When employees treat customers with hostility, it doesn't inspire confidence or make people want to return. The last two times I ordered a smoothie, it was so thick and overly sweet that I couldn't even drink it. Both ended up in the trash, which was a complete waste of money. I also ordered a patty that didn't taste fresh and upset my stomach afterward. I can't say for certain why, but it certainly did not taste freshly prepared. Based on both the customer service and the quality of the food, I would not recommend this business. Management seriously needs to reevaluate the customer experience and invest in hiring and training staff who understand the importance of treating customers with basic respect, professionalism, and courtesy. I gave this place more than one chance because I wanted to support a local business, but every visit left me disappointed. The staff is consistently cold, rude, and unwelcoming. Instead of making customers feel appreciated, they make you feel like you're bothering them just by walking through the door. Also I felt ill after eating a patty from them. After my most recent experience, I went next door to speak with the owner and explain how unpleasant his staff had been. I genuinely thought he would want to hear customer feedback. Instead, he told me that if I didn't like the service, I shouldn't come back. I couldn't believe that was his response. It became clear that the attitude of the staff reflects the attitude of management. When the owner dismisses concerns instead of addressing them, it's easy to see why the customer service is so poor. I came in and they were welcoming even making suggestions for me as a new customer. That Greeny, Di Signature & Sea Moss Special hit all the spots. I even purchased a natural juice in the fridge. This is my go to smoothie spot. I drive 40 mins (more with traffic) for their smoothies. Unlike the majority of other healthy eating spots I've gone to you can tell Di Juice uses fresh ripe fruit and clean their greens very well because this smoothie that has a good portion of spinach and kale you can taste the the fruitiness and it doesn't have a dirt/ grass flavor. I think what I like most is they let you sample your smoothie before pouring it to the cup to ensure you're satisfied. They are worth the commute and the prices are fair! read more

I came here on a whim. I was in the area and yelped "juice bars" hoping one would be relatively close as I wasn't feeling well, and was craving freshly made pure juice. When I got here I was the owner had just stepped in. Him along with the staff were very pleasant. He really got himself going when he decided to explain what all the different herbs and supplements do (lol). This place is Jamaican based and offers breakfast, açaí bowls, a different type soup everyday, patties, juices, smoothies, various supplements, herbs, teas and other health related things that you may need. So I wound up leaving with more than just a green juice because the food was so tantalizing. I got the veggie patties which were the best ones I've eaten and were vegan along w/the red peas soup which was also vegan. It was soooo chunky and delicious. Definitely more of a stew. I also bought a $30 jar of Seamoss which is supposed to have all these amazing health benefits. It's the new trend with COvid19 lingering. I try and take it everyday but it tastes god awful. Who knew this hidden gem was right in front of my eyes on my daily commute. I was past delighted to find a place to obtain a health snack on the go. They serve a variety of medicinal tonics,healthy juices and smoothies. I enjoyed the light tones as I walked in. The customer service was great and very friendly. I order the Joyful Almond 16oz and that it was. My daughter ordered the House of Berries 12oz. She expressed that it was very refreshing and easy to drink. Overall this is a very nice juice spot. Only downfall the menu items have no pricing. Square cash is used. Will I go back, yes I can't wait to try other smoothies. Clean, fast, engaging, and affordable. Di-Juice is the new juice bar hot-spot in Rosedale. When I first visited Di-Juice, I wasn't too sure if this location would become my favorite. Originally, I would travel to locations across Long Island to purchase freshly made green juices. But Di-Juice changed that. The hardworking staff is friendly and understanding and displays an interests in providing great customer service while creating customer friendly relationships. The juice that I buy, normally, is the Green Supreme. I recommend Di-Juice for three reasons: they're a small business trying to provide healthy products to the Rosedale, Valley Stream, Lynrbook, Laurelton, and Springfield Gardens communities, freshly made natural and vitamin rich juices to aide with weight loss and other health reasons, and top notch customer service. As they continue to grow, they should focus on three aspects in the Queens market: local social media marketing, local radio advertising, and to beat their competitions around them -- lower juice prices or random discounts. Visited for first time 2 days ago and ordered a medium Twin Turbo shake. Cost me $10.50 and diarrhea and vomiting! I would never buy from this place again. The male server who made my shake seemed new. He accidentally dropped the cover of cup in the blender with shake while making it and also spilled the shake while pouring it and the female server insisted he don't bother to remake the shake. Instead I was told I got more than enough and I should just accept it. I deeply regret not pushing the issue to replace the shake because 2 hours after consuming I had vomiting and diarrhea. The juice bar menu is absolutely amazing. They use fresh produce to make the juices and smoothies and they give you the opportunity to sample it before you pay. In addition, the patties and the porridge are excellent. I must inform you of the unprofessional and rude "supervisor/Manager" that works in the store in the mornings. To sum it up, I went to the store on a Wednesday and ordered Beet juice with lemon and ginger. The staff (2 gentleman and a lady) were very welcoming. One of the guys did an excellent job preparing my juice. I went back the next day and ordered the same juice. The lady (manager) was very rude. She replied "we don't do beets alone". I told her that I had the juice the day before. She then put her mouth to the store microphone and replied LOUD, We DONT DO BEETS ALONE AND WHOEVER MADE THE JUICE IS GONNA BE IN TROUBLE" Again, She is VERY RUDE. It would of been professional to say, I apologize to you however, it is our policy that we don't make beet juice without mixing it other vegetables. The lady Cleary tried to embarrass the staff that helped me the day before. It's disheartening because these young men work really hard and it seems that the women is a gluten for authority. They open early in the morning and stay open late at night so I can get my juice fix when I need it. They make each juice from scratch so call in your order ahead if you're in a rush. Updating my rating to a 4 due to lack of clarity on pricing and inconsistency. I've been to this spot quite often in the last several months. I typically always order the same thing - a small Green Supreme - usually the original or i'll add chia seeds & mango (it's now become a hit or miss whether it will be fresh or frozen). The pricing is never consistent and always varies depending on the associate who is helping that day. For the original without any extras I was typically charged $7.50 or $8. For the extras with Chia Seeds, I've been charged 3 different prices: $8.50, $9.00 and today $10.00. There's no pricing listed and there hasn't been since I started coming here. While I like having this gem in the neighborhood, the lack of clarity and consistency on what they charge for their drinks (or other products) and/or an itemized receipt, as much as I like supporting small businesses - especially those black owned, is making me want to stay away. read more
