I don't frequent such establishments so when I do it's for a very specific item that I need urgently. I've been to their location about 3 times to find things that I didn't have time to get shipped from Amazon. Each time I did find a variation of what I was looking for so I'd say the inventory is pretty good. Once you get past the fact that it's a small location so there are some challenges with finding staff on the floor to assist with both product location and information you'll be fine. They do price match so if you find the product elsewhere including online they'll match.The cashiers are knowledgeable and will often suggest generic or lesser known brands or quantities that are of comparable value. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They have a large variety of stuff and can help you find exactly what it is you're looking for. The guy was also really nice and gave my bf a discount. They are allowed to match prices on line. Saved like 6$ . Can't beat it. So just make sure you ask about discounts and sales while you're there. They were happy to help. It's very clean and all the products are lined up nicely. There were a few empty spaces on the shelves. I guess everyone is hunting for protein, trying to work out and stay fit after all this summer grub but that was probably the only negative and it wasn't that big of a deal. I came here on a mission to purchase a quality probiotic. I have been sick lately (hence my minor inactivity on Yelp) and also noticed my health dramatically deteriorated from the past few months. The signs were there but I was ignoring them. As of now, I'm back on track. Even though, I was taking a multivitamin that was infused with probiotics, I have read and confirmed with my GI doctor that it's better to take a separate and quality one with several strains of good bacteria that will build your immune health. So in a nutshell, this location had the probiotic that I was looking for (Renew For Women). Its kept refrigerated. Staff was very nice and willing to help, even though I had a million questions. This location is a pretty decent sized store so they actually carry alot of brand name items. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door by every staff in the store. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable. I was in and out the door in under ten minutes. I came looking for two items and found exactly what I was coming for. The staff even gave me suggestions and alternatives to the vitamins I was looking for. I pick up my protein and recovery supplements from here. The pricing us much better than GNC and they have a large variety of dietary products as well. It's never crowded I come in take my time pick up what I needed and get out. The customer service reps are always helpful. Nobody that works in the store looks like they ever touched a weight in there life but they are very friendly. Very nice staff...though it seems the managers don't work as hard as the cashiers. The cashiers are actually AWESOME. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. The store could be bigger ---and carry more food items. It's funny that their parking lot seems bigger than the store itself! Manhattan stores carry more items, but Queens has more space. Weird. But I still recommend them if you don't want to travel all the way to Manhattan! read more
