I love this brand but this store is a nightmare. Apparently, as I understand it, they have a newish manager that has told employees that they cannot offer samples though this is part of this brand's regular routine. They look scared when asked.... Hmmmm... Something I wanted to try but no go... Does corporate know that this is the new vibe there? Thinking that they don't. read more

Very cute store, great selections, there's definitely something for everyone. If you need a gift for someone or yourself, this is the place for you. I picked a wrapped gift and wanted to know how the contents smelled, and the salesperson was very helpful. Another salesperson was very helpful to my daughter, guiding her and explaining the products. I will absolutely return to this location, it was a great experience for us. The store is perfectly located near the orange parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. read more

Lush Roosevelt Field is one of my favorite locations. All the products are the same Lush items you are accustomed too but the staff always goes above & beyond. They are HAPPY to answer questions & demo products for you. Penny made sure my experience was all that it should be & even gave my nephew a product as a part of their "act of kindness" program. We are looking forward to visiting soon! Parking garage is the closest parking to store. Macy's is second closest parking. read more

Been a fan of Lush since I discovered them in Canada over 20 yrs ago and always good to know there are mens' skincare and grooming products that they've created that has done wonders with my skin. With that said I returned to get me some skin cleansers, top quality skin moisturizer (been seeing cracks and ash and thought it was time for an intervention) and a possible body wash. I was in need of a specialist and I had the pleasure of having Heather help me with my skincare needs. I have to say, Heather was knowledgeable, attentive, caring , and really paid attention to what I was looking for , very polite and was definitely the one who got LUSH the 5 stars for overall a great shopping experience. I managed to get the shangrila , the herbal green skin cleanser, the grass body wash and some samples to bring me back again, Whenever you do go here, ask for Heather , she will definitely be of amazing help with your skincare needs ! read more

As soon as I got on line to get a giftcard for Christmas, the lights went out for about 10-15 seconds. All computers went down. Power came back on and computers rebooted back on. Nobody knew what was going on. As I'm waiting on line, myself and a coworker saw a MOUSE on the floor. I was stunned and so was she. She tried to keep her cool but I was low key freaking out. Anyway, I got up to the front of the line to the cashier. They were only taking cash for a short bit. Worker was on the phone with their IT department. They got computers back up and running. I eventually got my giftcard and the worker apologized for the wait. What a time... read more

Best service ever. Was choosing Christmas stocking stuffers. Unbelievably friendly and just helpful staff. They will approach you gently so you may understand the awesomeness of this place because on my own I was overwhelmed and lost. It is expensive but the products are special and unique. Just go in and try something. You will be rejuvenated! I am going to return when I can and I hope it will be soon! I got some bubble bars and bath bombs. The product will last for some time. The aromas and scents are powerful to the point of taking over the space but I totally love that. That's sort of the point of high quality products. Sweet tangerine, green apple, lavender... it's just the beginning. read more

Amazing customer service! We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Amanda at this location. She's from the corporate side of the business and was visiting the store. Her extensive product knowledge, brand DNA, and customer service was impressive. We initially walked in for one bath bomb, but after meeting Amanda, we ended up getting a full bag of products. Penny helped us finish the transaction and was extremely personable and helpful. Every retailer should take a page out of how they are running this place. I am a sucker for amazing service and genuine connections and this is exactly how you can cross-sell and up-sell to a customer when it's done right. I would definitively go back and visit the store again. Hope we see you again Amanda! read more

This store is what dreams are made of! Everything smells and looks so nice. Everything was well stocked and the store was very colorful. There were bubble bars along the front window, hair masks, sprays, really colorful regular soap bars, shampoo bars, body gel bars, bath bombs, holidays package sets. So many choices and so many scents! I was looking for some bath bombs for Christmas gifts and some shampoo bars for myself. The girl working the floor recommended a few products and then came back over to check up on me. She definitely knew her stuff. I was looking for a shampoo bar or oily-hair types and she told me to look for lavender and rose shampoos since those balance the scalp out more. You can also purchase a little shampoo bar tin for ~$3.95. The cashier stepped aside for a while, but once he came back he apologized. Definitely very satisfied with my experience and purchases. Looking forward to my next trip back to this location! read more

I love coming to LUSH. It always smells so good, and I have a difficult time leaving the store because I touch everything...ha ha ha!! The one in jersey is a bit smaller, but they carry a bunch of different things. The one shop in Roosevelt Field has many wash basins and stations to allow for more free roam. Lush products are environmentally friendly and are entirely handmade. They offer body lotions, soap bars, gels, and cosmetics. They encourage their customers to try every item they sell, and I take advantage of this opportunity because there are so many textured and gooey products for every part of your body. Some of my favorites and current day items are- For the hair- seanik and honey i washed my hair shampoo bars. Since they are round, I get the square tin for easier access in and out of the container. Big shampoo with sea salt, this stuff makes your hair smell good and feel so clean. I alternate between the bars and shampoo. To control the frizz- I use the R&B pomade. My son actually has taken it and kept it in his room for his own personal use. Scent is quite unisex. Treatments-I use the hair doctor hot oil...and one application is enough for me and both of my daughters although staff has said we can refrigerate any remaining products. Body-cup o'coffee FACE and body scrub...does wonders but is a strong scent. Ocean salt and body marina are great too. I can go on and on and onnnnnn about LUSH, they even offer organic cloth wrapping for gifts. But if I MUST choose ONE thing...its' the BUFFY body bar soap-hands down. This is a scrubbing soap, and comes in two sizes. It does get a bit greasy but a little bit goes a long way. The scrubbing agents are ground rice, almonds and beans based in a rich creamy lather. A quick scrub gets my skin baby soft and smelling soooo clean. Visit LUSH and if you are on the fence about anything, these guys are quick to offer you samples to try at home making you regret not getting them when you were there. read more

Okay, so i was a bit skepitical about this store.. a few years ago.. Fastforward- i absofreakinglutely love it!! Before i say anymore.. can i just give a lil shoutout to the amazing staff.. my kind of people so friendly, bubbly and not in a overkill kind of way. Consults are very fun, informational..and very helpful. Staff on floor are very attentative and.. can i say friendly again?? Price.. a bit pricey, Understandable ..given eveything here is all natural, most made with fresh ingredients, no additives.. so short shelf life. Everything smells...... as fantastic as they look! A variety of skin care products for all skin types and most skin conditions. Face, body and hands! Cosmetics! You can try almost any product in store.. and always take home samples to try. ;) Can't wait to go again! read more

I love Lush cosmetics but what I love more is the exceptional customer service at this location. I recently moved to Colorado and I could go to to the one in Boulder but when I come back I always have to visit this location. When you go make sure you ask for Penny, she is the definition of "customer service." She takes time to listen to your concerns and needs and is very knowledgeable on products. I always end up leaving with more than I went in for because Penny makes my experience at this store that much more enjoyable. read more

Our 13 yr old daughter had her birthday party there yesterday...I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, and especially the manager! I cannot recommend this place enough!! read more

Lush is so Amazing! When I first tried out lush was when I was in Houston Texas visiting my mom. And ever since then I have been a Lush fanatic! They have many amazing products! When you first walk into the store there is a fresh aroma and always a great staff member who is super friendly to greet you or ready to help you with anything! Lush is usually well known for there bath bombs and bath jellies, however they have many hidden gems! They love doing samples! Or have many testers to see and try on! Each time they make me fall in love with something new!! They have many assortment from make up, mints, hair products, bath bomb oils, facial mask and much more! I must say trying many fresh made products for a while now makes my skin feel super soft and keeps me moisturized. Staff is super friendly, and willing to help you with anything they can. Only downside I can say about Lush is that they can be a bit pricey but there products are great! If you do come here try out one of there moisturizing bar, Scrubee, watch a beautiful bath bomb fizz, and if you are a coffee fan like me try a cup of coffee face scrub. read more

Had a great experience here a few months ago! I got two new exciting items! The first was a heart shaped makeup tanner that you rub on your skin and it immediately glows! Smells like cinnamon too! The second was " Charisma" another liquid tanner. Both were so great in keeping my tan in the winter! The girl with Red hair who helped me was so sweet and to the point! She asked me " What do you love"?! I said something to make me tan and glow! She knew what section to take me too! I think it was also next to the massage bars too. That's my next visit! I'm also excited to try the naked face products too! Over all thanks Lush for being a Super Awesome Place read more

Jen with the green hair was fantastic. Excellent customer service. She was very helpful and recommended the snow fairy gel which I love.

The staff is very rude and condescending. The manager thinks she is god. She hides her condescending ways by saying thank you after every rude remarks. She should not be working retail. read more

Lush is obviously popular amongst teens and young adults for not only their great products but stance against animal testing. My first visit at the this lush was nothing short of spectacular. I was greeted by Gabby who walked me around the whole store and showed me each product. She took the time to explain each products benefits, and even held my basket for me. At the end, Gabby gave me free soap to try. People like Gabby make shopping experiences so much fun, and i can't wait to try all my new bath bombs!! read more

They just remodeled the Roosevelt Field Store - Really cool. The sinks that they have set are up are gorgeous and you can try out the various products. I was assisted/attended to by this really cool and friendly gal named "Bailey" - she was super helpful and attentive and treated me like a customer. This was a refreshing surprise. It made me feel special and put a smile on my sad face for a change. :-) Anyways - Things are expensive; but their stuff is awesome. Shaving Creams are awesome. read more

I came in this morning as soon as Lush opened at 11am to buy bathbombs for my son. There were two young ladies working, they kindly asked me to wash my hands, and asked how they can assist me. One young lady stayed with me and showed me all the bath bombs and especially their new Halloween bombs. I purchased two Halloween themed bath bombs, and the associate was kind enough to ask if I'd like a sample of "Very Very Frightening" bodywash for my son to enjoy. I had a great experience today with my associate. She was extremely sweet, helpful, and patient. My son was also overjoyed with all his Lush goodies. read more

I used to come here to get body washes, but I had an experience here that put me off a bit. I accidentally picked up a tester bottle of powder that was partially used. I brought it back to the store and they gave me a bit of a hassle because I didn't have my receipt. I get the policy, but for an $8 bottle of powder it seems a bit excessive for a multimillion $ company, especially when I'm asking for a simple exchange. It's a little insulting to imply that I would lie about picking up a tester when it clearly said it was a tester on the bottle and it had about a quarter of the product used. They then spend 10 minutes searching through their transactions at the register from months back to find the one transaction and proof of purchase. I get it if it were a small company, but this is a big company and I accidentally picked up a tester bottle that was clearly marked that way. For them to go to this level to prove my purchase is quite insulting, especially when it's kind of their fault as well for not checking the bottle before I bought it. Not impressed, Lush. read more

When you first step into any major mall the halls are usually filled with the scented fragrance of Bath and Body Works and Lush. You are drawn in like a zombie. Your feet shuffle trying to find the familiar scent and then you find yourself at Lush. The staff here are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions you may have about their products. They have great bath bomb demonstrations and the best part is the samples you can get for the products you're interested in. Although Lush is a tad pricey the ingredients they use are worth the price. Lush is vegan/vegetarian-friendly so no animal by-products are made into the shower gels or bath bombs. They also have bathbomb classes during early morning or evening (dunno if that applies to every store but do ask one of the sale associates) -- hello bday party ideas! To try: twilight shower gel and bath bombs. Skip on: jelly mask and chewable toothpaste. Enjoy your lush shopping! read more

I am a huge fan of Lush. Love the company, love the products, love the staff. Love it all! I always saunter down to the one on 34th and 6th during work when I need a pick-me-up. I'm so glad they opened up a branch on Long Island. This store is really big compared to the ones I've seen in the city, which is why it gets a higher rating from me. Staff is really fun and friendly. I bought deodorant and fresh pharmacy facial soap here. Also got a few awesome samples (a face mask that I can't wait to try). They have all different kinds of products for everybody- old, young, male, female. Definitely check it out if you're at this mall. read more

Excuse me Lush? where have you been all my life? I only knew about the bath bombs and since i find stewing in my own filth in tepid water a no thank you i never went there. Basicially if you have skin you need this. It goes on so smooth and doesn't smell like old lady jean nate crap. Its really nice and feels AMAZING. So no more chub rub or under boob sweat for me. Summer of 2017 belongs to Lush Silky Underwear. The people there were super nice and not pushy at all since i hate that shit. I got a catalog and will be buying more goodies soon. Disgusting saleswoman behavior! Rude and power hungry and aggressive! She kept accusing us of taking our masks down when they were fully secured to our faces! A bit pricey but wonderful products. They sell bath bombs, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, cosmetics and much more. There are rarely sales but the staff are very pleasant to speak to. WOW, had an awful experience here due to an extremely rude employee. She of course didn't have a name tag on. She was extremely rude, confrantational and demeaning. I will NEVER shop at this lush again due to this one employee. I go into Lush locations all over NYC and Long Island. This is the first Lush I had ever gone in to. I liked this location because it is inside of the mall and the employees are helpful but aren't down your neck if you tell them you don't need them and you are "just browsing". They sometimes are out of stock for seasonal or limited items but that isn't the locations fault. Lush is great but a lot of the products are a bit over-priced so I tend to shop Lush maybe once every six months or so. read more
