I wake up every morning unable to breathe through my nose. I sleep poorly. I get migraines. My quality of life has been diminished in ways I could never have imagined when I walked into that office as a young woman who simply wanted a smaller nose. The patient, a 20 year old college student, with contagious infection was dismissed. With no reasonable explanation why a doctor's note could not be provided. Many attempts were made to acquire documentation .The office manager was annoyed and offensive. The patient eventually went to a walk -in clinic to be evaluated for excuse- note. The healthcare provide was aware the course of antibiotics were not complete but decided on further testing. Bloodwork confirmed positive mononucleosis. I will suggest to the company's director to pull the phone-call records to be reviewed. I hope this matter will be taken seriously.

Dr. Eckman has NEVER done this to me. He never rushes through appointments, and he takes his time. Unlike many dermatologists, he is also TIMELY. I LOVE the fact that he is ALWAYS on time. In all the appointments I have had with him treating my new, lovely of adult acne (-_________-), he has NEVER once been late. He and his office staff are extremely kind, and always listen. They never make me feel like I'm being dramatic or extreme in my concerns with my skin. He focuses not just on treating the existing acne, but also on treating the hyperpigmentation. Better still, Dr. Eckman's practice also offers a wide range of treatments in addition to derm appointments - chemical peels, hair removal, and more. In addition to consults and injections into cystic acne cysts, I also go to them for glycolic peels and the SECOND, and I mean THE L.I.T.E.R.A.L SECOND COVID is over, will be getting my new (but faint) mustacheeeeee (I know (-_-) wonderful, right?) lasered off...because I just can't. Please send the results of the culture as soon as you get them. Sir, your bedside manner is non-existent. You lack compassion and you don't LISTEN to patient feedback. You administered 1% Xylocaine with Epinephrine. You did not wait even a minute before making an incision. The pain was severe. You minimized my complaint, telling me I was feeling "pressure" and not pain. Sir, I have had more procedures with local anesthesia than I can count. That includes oral surgery for a root extraction, bone graft and gum closure 4 weeks ago. Also Mohs S-plasty on June 18, 2024. I felt pressure but never pain. What I felt in your office was PAIN! Do not EVER dismiss a patient's feelings or feedback. I will have my other skin care needs attended to by a dermatologist in Florida when I get there. After she treated and did my hair, she even jabbed me in my arm saying " see it's not bad" that was very inappropriate, because what if I punched her back.
