Kaveh Alizadeh, Cosmoplastic Surgery - Before and after both procedures

1 Star 11 months…read morepost-op Before moving forward with Dr. Alizadeh's "NaturaBra" Breast Lift and fat grafting, I strongly encourage others to do thorough research. I underwent this procedure nearly one year ago with the understanding that it was long-lasting, provided excellent results, and had a 20-year track record. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Shortly after surgery, I noticed a reduction in breast volume. At every post-op visit, I voiced my concerns and asked about the possibility of additional fat grafting. I was consistently told that additional grafting could be done if necessary. However, by my 6-month follow-up, my breasts had significantly deflated to a small B cup--I had originally been a D/DD. I was told to expect a full C cup, which clearly did not happen. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the result, Dr. Alizadeh showed no empathy and responded, "There is nothing I can do." He then told me I didn't have enough fat for additional grafting--something he never mentioned during the previous six months. I left that appointment in tears, feeling completely dismissed and unheard. Out of distress, I consulted with several other experienced and compassionate plastic surgeons. Here's what I learned: Too much breast tissue was removed--comparable to a breast reduction. Fat grafting results are not long-lasting--only 30-50% of the fat survives at best, and additional sessions are often necessary. My nipple-to-breast fold measurement is too long and needs correction. My vertical scars are raised and red, requiring laser treatments. I now need a breast revision surgery to restore size and symmetry. The revision will include: Breast implants to restore volume Galaflex internal bra for support Skin removal from the lower poles for proportion Laser scar treatment I now wear padded bras and feel extremely uncomfortable in my body. This experience has affected me emotionally, physically, and financially--and will require more time away from my business for corrective surgery. I was unfamiliar with fat grafting at the time and trusted Dr. Alizadeh's reassurance that his technique was different and long-lasting. He did not fully disclose the limitations and risks of fat grafting or the potential complications from a breast lift. When issues arose, he did not take responsibility and showed no interest in helping resolve them. My advice: Get multiple opinions from board-certified plastic surgeons. Ask direct questions like: "What happens if I'm not satisfied?" Be cautious of anyone who promises long-term results without full transparency. This was the most disappointing medical experience I've ever had. It's devastating to feel like a doctor turned his back on me instead of standing by his work. -- Christine

I am so very grateful to the talented surgeon who alone was responsible for that! I was and am an unapologetic vain woman....Dr. Schwartz provided that I could be just that at 83! Remember me ? Two most important things to look for in a plastic surgeon:…read more1) A perfectionist 2) A sincere regard for the well-being of the patient Having a childhood friend who is a surgical nurse proved invaluable for me as there is no better way to find out who the best surgeons are than asking someone who actually works in the operating room with them. When I mentioned to her that I wanted a lipo procedure, she told me that there was only one surgeon to whom she would refer me - Dr. Peter Schwartz. At the hospital, she worked with many of the top surgeons in the area. She saw their work and how they regarded their patients. While there was one other surgeon who was also technically excellent, Dr. Schwartz was at a level that he and the others were unable to attain. Dr. Schwartz has an artistic eye that the others don't have thereby producing results that the others cannot replicate. He has techniques that he employs that the others do not. His results are unmatched. She also said that he is a perfectionist. You want that in a plastic surgeon. "Good enough" is NOT an option. Because he is a perfectionist, he expects the same from the surgical team that is in that room. Additionally, and probably most importantly, she told me that he is the only plastic surgeon she truly trusted because of his concern for his patients. I was extremely pleased with my lipo procedure - the results were beyond my expectations. Subsequently, he removed excess skin from above my eyes and tightened my neck. More recently, he performed a breast lift. After my lipo and breast lift procedures, he contacted me daily for several days to make certain there were no issues. I will not go to any other plastic surgeon.

I had to find a new office recently and stumbled upon this place 3-4 years ago. Very local, and…read morethey did appointments after 5pm which was very convenient for me so I gave it a shot. I called to make an appointment and it was clearly a call center that answered but that's the way of the world these days so I was fine with it. My first appointment with my new PCP was great, she was very professional and knowledgeable. However after that initial visit, it's all gone down hill since. In general, it's very difficult to actually get a hold of the local office and not the corporate call center. So I tried messaging my PCP in their portal, and no response. Being that I was a new patient, they wanted my prior immunization record which I had to drop off to them just as they were closing after I rushed there from work. I then scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist shortly after who was rude and dismissive and spent maybe 2 minutes in the exam room before saying "you're fine" and walking out to the next patient. Most recently when I went to schedule my physical, my PCP was only seeing patients for a physical at ridiculous hours like 11:30am and 2:30pm, which doesn't work for anyone who works full-time. So I made an appointment with another doctor in the office, the only one who was taking physical appointments after 5pm. One thing I loved about this office was the online presence and the fact that you can schedule appointments online, view results, fill out questionnaires - it's very convenient. Recently they established the online check-in process which I did prior to my appointment and was led to believe that there would then be a kiosk I would scan my phone at when I entered. When I arrived, there was no check-in kiosk. So I waited on the line for the front desk, which was redundant because the online check-in was supposed to avoid the waiting. They then pointed me over to a computer off to the side where I had to check in. Again. Even though I checked in on my phone already, I had to fill out more information and do more waiting. So after the redundant check-in process, I got there and I waited for a good 20 mins when the assistant called me in and took my vitals. Then the doctor came in another 20 mins later. This doctor was very nice and energetic, however she was a mess. The first thing she said when she walked in was "omg why would the front desk schedule a physical at 5:30pm!!!??! Ugh!" I responded by saying that I unfortunately work 9-5 so the late appointments work best for me. She then proceeded to ask me the same medical questions I already answered in the online questionnaire prior to the appointment. She also told me that I have no immunization records on file even though I gave them in YEARS ago. And to top it off, she also told me my profile indicates I'm not due for a physical for another month, even though I typically get my physical in the first week of January every year. When I insisted that I didn't think it was correct, she was telling me that I might get charged with a bill because I wasn't due for a physical. I checked my records in the app after the appointment and behold, I was correct, my physical was in January last year like I said. I dare them to send me a bill. This is also the only doctors office that I've heard of that makes you schedule multiple appointments to complete the annual physical. So the 1 hour + that you spend in the initial appointment isn't enough, now they ask you to come back again for lab work. The internal lab takes another hour at least and is only open from 8-4 on weekdays - so again if you work, good luck. You have to fast before lab work so it's very hard to do both appointments in the same day. Why can't the doctor just take my damn blood themselves? We all know very well that they all were trained on how to do it. It just seems lazy. Oh and the best part was that after the appointment was over, I was given a script for the lab work that I needed to bring to the front desk. When I got back to the front desk, the woman working at the desk completely ignored me for 5 minutes while she took a personal phone call. Then she told me "oh we're closed, I already shut my computer off, you don't need an appointment." Safe to say I will be finding a new doctors office that isn't a mess and actually has their shit together.

Customer service is terrible. Wait times are horrid. No one seems to want to assist with any…read moreconcerns.
