I have never left a bad review in my life. I'm posting these humiliating photos because I refuse to let another woman make the same mistake I did. If you're a mom hoping to get your pre-baby body back, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Dr. Alizadeh. I went in for a tummy tuck consultation, and instead of focusing on my goals, Dr. Alizadeh commented that my bathing suits were "skimpy" and suggested that a modified tummy tuck would be the better option because I had a lean figure to begin with, and the scar would be easier to hide. I trusted his judgment. Then, on the day of surgery, he marked me for a full tummy tuck from hip to hip. I had to remind him that he was the one who recommended a modified tummy tuck. He erased the markings and started over. The fact that I had to remind my own surgeon which procedure he was supposed to perform should have sent me running. I also paid for liposuction of my abdomen and flanks. He never even marked my flanks, and they were never done. The most shocking part is the outcome. The photo of me in the bra and underwear is before surgery. The photo of me in the sports bra and leggings is two months after surgery. 1 Star 11 months post-op Before moving forward with Dr. Alizadeh's "NaturaBra" Breast Lift and fat grafting, I strongly encourage others to do thorough research. I underwent this procedure nearly one year ago with the understanding that it was long-lasting, provided excellent results, and had a 20-year track record. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Shortly after surgery, I noticed a reduction in breast volume. At every post-op visit, I voiced my concerns and asked about the possibility of additional fat grafting. I was consistently told that additional grafting could be done if necessary. However, by my 6-month follow-up, my breasts had significantly deflated to a small B cup--I had originally been a D/DD. I was told to expect a full C cup, which clearly did not happen. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the result, Dr. Alizadeh showed no empathy and responded, "There is nothing I can do." He then told me I didn't have enough fat for additional grafting--something he never mentioned during the previous six months. I left that appointment in tears, feeling completely dismissed and unheard. Out of distress, I consulted with several other experienced and compassionate plastic surgeons. Here's what I learned: Too much breast tissue was removed--comparable to a breast reduction. Fat grafting results are not long-lasting--only 30-50% of the fat survives at best, and additional sessions are often necessary. My nipple-to-breast fold measurement is too long and needs correction. My vertical scars are raised and red, requiring laser treatments. I now need a breast revision surgery to restore size and symmetry. The revision will include: Breast implants to restore volume Galaflex internal bra for support Skin removal from the lower poles for proportion Laser scar treatment I now wear padded bras and feel extremely uncomfortable in my body. This experience has affected me emotionally, physically, and financially--and will require more time away from my business for corrective surgery. I was unfamiliar with fat grafting at the time and trusted Dr. Alizadeh's reassurance that his technique was different and long-lasting. He did not fully disclose the limitations and risks of fat grafting or the potential complications from a breast lift. When issues arose, he did not take responsibility and showed no interest in helping resolve them. My advice: Get multiple opinions from board-certified plastic surgeons. Ask direct questions like: "What happens if I'm not satisfied?" Be cautious of anyone who promises long-term results without full transparency. I paid for both a chin implant and a cosmetic nose procedure with Dr. Alizadeh. Alizadeh caused a double deviated septum, making my nose appear larger than before. He then insisted in doing a second surgery, which god I wish I said no to this, and he worsened the condition and took too much of my bone away. I have also been diagnosed with vertigo since, since he cut both my ears for my rhinoplasty, and have had his procedure linked to the cause of the vertigo. Upon doing my second surgery with him, he refused to make an appointment for me to come in and ignored my calls. I also found out after having several x-rays done and going to multiple doctors these past few weeks: the chin implant a/o procedure I paid for was never done and I was put under anesthesia for no reason. There is NO change or incision in my chin. I am waiting for the day I get reimbursed for this. Also received receipts of my insurance being charged over the amount quoted, despite paying in cash and in alphaeon credit Update: I reached out to inquire about the chin procedure that wasn't provided as well as to get a reimbursement for what he charged my insurance, as per the advice of my insurance, and he let his coordinator not to allow me to make appointments, refusing a past patient. read more

i had a wonderful experience with this doctor. I am rather surprised abot the 1 star person. I had 2 surgeries done, breasts and eyes at once and then a tummy tuck . i had nothing but an amazing experience. I am already saving for my minifacelift and nose job. I wont use anyone but him, he is the best . The ONLY thing I wish he had his own surgical area on site... I hate going to the hospital. I would rather do it on site and go home. OTHER then that.. I had nose surgery and in my opinion it was botched, nose looks terrible, I also have had complications ever since. I asked Dr. A to address one of the complications I had which was an ongoing scabbing in my nose, he replied with looks perfect to me, but when I consulted with a professional otolaryngologist he stated that I had a staff infection in my nose. not very happy with outcome and I would say to stay away, do your research before surgery. read more

Horrible bedside manner. One nurse almost injected my mother with penicillin which my mother was allergic to!!!! The doctor was Extremely impatient. He Makes the patient feel nervous and anxious. I was very shocked at the way he treated myself and my mother. I was locked outside the building on the streets of NYC while my mother had surgery. I had just stepped out for a bite to eat and tried coming back to the waiting room to wait for my mother and the office lights were off and the door was locked. I was locked outside for 3 hours! I thought the worst about my mothers surgery while being locked outside waiting! Finally, someone opened the door with scrubs on with a nasty attitude not even being sympathetic towards me being locked out. Mind you the lady opening the door, came straight out of the operating room and went back to the operating room all contaminated. Finally when I saw my mom, she looked so bad! The doctor never explained to my mother the process and how she would look right after surgery. He only explained how she would look when she heals! This is all for money! They will not explain how you will look right after the process and during! Fast forward to when The nurse first had a wheel chair to take my mother to my car but it seemed she was rushing to go to a "party" that my mother mentioned when she was under anesthesia she over heard everyone talking about how they are going to be late for this so called party so it seemed my mom took a long time getting ready in the bathroom so I saw the nurse push the wheel chair back into the room and told my mom she can walk to my car outside. My mother was still UNDER Anesthesia!!!!! She had my mom walk across the busy streets of nyc with socks on! Not even putting on her sneakers or putting her in a wheelchair! My mom had eye surgery so she could not see!!!!! Also, every time we went for follow ups, the doctor was always upset every time my mother would ask a simple question as if he didn't have the patience to do his job. It got to the point she was afraid to ask anything. I felt so bad the way my mother got treated. The only person that was extremely courteous was Kathy. I hope and pray to god that I prevent people from coming here and seeing their loved one get treated like this. People are paying for your service. The most you can do is have great bedside manner and be more compassionate. I will not recommend this place to anyone and my sole purpose of this review is to help prevent others get treated the way we did. Plenty of other places that will treat you with respect! Where do I start! I met Doctor Alizadeh when I was helping my mother to find the best Doctor to do her surgery. The minute I met Doctor Alizadeh I knew that I would not trust any other doctor out there. The time passed and after having 3 kids and suffering from low selfsteem I contacted him. Dr. Alizadeh is an amazing plastic surgeon. He has truly changed my life. I am a breast cancer surviver who had two lumpectomies and a bilateral mastectomy in 2014. For both surgeries I used a very well-respected plastic surgeon in NYC. However, I was not happy with the results - not only because of the way my breasts looked, but also because afterwards I was in a constant state of discomfort. I felt like I was always wearing a bra at least three sizes too small. My plastic surgeon, breast surgeon and oncologist all reassured me that this was very normal. So I lived with this for four years.
