I truly can't say enough good things about Dr. Funt. Going into this process, I was honestly scared and very hesitant. I had been to several consultations over the past two years, and every single time I left feeling unsure or like it just wasn't the right fit. I never felt fully confident in moving forward -- until I met him. From our first consultation, I appreciated how honest and straightforward he was. I was very open about my fears and told him clearly that I did not want a nose that was too small or looked fake. I wanted something natural and refined, still me, just enhanced in a way that fit my face better. He listened carefully, answered every question patiently, and gave realistic expectations. I genuinely felt like he understood my vision instead of trying to push a specific "look." The entire process felt transparent and professional. Pricing was fair, and I never felt pressured. That level of honesty and comfort made all the difference for me. It has now been one month since my surgery, and I truly love my nose. The results look incredibly natural and balanced with my features. My friends are honestly in awe of how cute and beautiful it looks, and they can't believe how minimal the swelling has been so early on. The best part is that I still look like myself, just more confident. If you're feeling nervous or unsure like I was, I completely understand. Choosing the right surgeon is everything. For me, Dr. Funt made the decision feel right, and I am so happy I trusted him. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty. read more

I was so afraid to do cosmetic surgery for fear that I wouldn't look like myself or, even worse, end up looking fake and weird like so many women I see. From my first appt. with Dr. Funt, I knew I was in great hands, and boy was I right! I did my eyes (upper & lower Blepharoplasty), a CO2 DEKA laser treatment, and Brachioplasty (arms). At every appt., Dr. Funt has been kind and attentive. It also helps that he's a perfectionist who takes obvious and deserved pride in his work. It is 1 month later and I am SO HAPPY with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Funt! read more

He needs more compassion, I was scared to have a liposuction procedure after finding out I had a hernia! that was pointed out by him. I also have a spine full of fusions, eight to be exact! After booking my procedure with him a few days laterI tried to cancel due to my fears. I cannot lay on my stomach more than a few minutes knowing my body starts to go into spasms, which could take up to a month with medication for pain, and any kind of relief to pass. Also the fear of him probing around my body and my abdomen knowing now that I have a hernia! With all this fear going into a surgery with the doctor, I wanted to cancel!! Dr Funt would not let me cancel. He told me that was not a reason for me to cancel. It was a fear.!! I ended up having to cancel anyway, because I could not take the stress anymore, and then started having more problems than I needed!! Now I'm trying to get back $3500 that the doctor refuses to release because I canceled the surgery!! I feel this doctor has shown no compassion or professionalism when it comes to his patience. I can't even even give this doctor one star. The only reason he has received one store from me is because I cannot post a review without a star. read more

I presented Dr Funt with a unique cosmetic case, wanting an improved appearance of both my nose and ears. My aesthetic concern was that my nose was protruding downwards when I smiled, as the excessive slope was especially noticeable from the profile view. As I wanted to change the appearance of my nose, I also wanted to make everything proportional, as my ears were protruding excessively outward. Dr Funt was able to brilliantly craft a proportional nose and ears. I experienced minimal pain following the procedure. My nose is slim and straight, and my ears are oriented very symmetrically and proportionally. I couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Dr Funt for any cosmetic needs. He is a truly gifted surgeon and is an amazing professional at his craft. read more

I was a little anxious about having plastic surgery but after looking in the mirror at age 73 and not being happy with what I saw, I decided that it was finally time to do something about it. Several years back, I knew someone who had eyelid surgery known as "Blepharoplasty". I asked her for the name of the doctor who had done the surgery because her eyelids looked great. I wrote down his name and put it away. Last year when I finally decided to have the surgery, I called my dermatologist's office because the esthetician who worked there also had this surgery and her eyes also looked great. Believe it or not, it was the same doctor, Dr. David Funt. When I went to Dr. Funt for my consultation, everybody in the office immediately made me feel comfortable. As soon as I sat down, and he came in he asked me why I was there. I explained that I did not like the fact that my eyelids were sagging at age 73. He suggested a brow lift and blepharoplasty. He explained everything that he was going to do and everything that had to be done before and after the surgery. I decided to go for it! Dr. Funt was very kind and seemed experienced. I felt very confident that he was going to do a good job. I am extremely pleased with the results. My eyelids now look 40 years younger. Everybody from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Funt was kind, caring and professional. They made me feel very comfortable that I made the right choice. I highly recommend Dr. Funt. read more

Being an honest and virtuous doctor, I absolutely loved everything about Dr Funt and his staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. Because of my first experience with Dr. Funt, I returned to him again when I decided to have my tummy tuck. If I could give Dr. Funt and all of his nurses 20 stars I would. They are the most amazing people, so professional yet so comforting and kind. I'm such an anxious person when it comes to my health, so i thought that when I got my rhinoplasty yesterday I would be a wreck. But I felt calm, excited, and safe all because of Dr. Funt and his staff (along with a wonderful anesthesiologist as well). Nurses Dina and Zoey are so patient and caring, and Dr. Funt is absolutely fantastic. I have heard from them multiple times since my surgery yesterday, they are so attentive and caring. Dr. Funt even personally called me the night of my surgery to check in on me. I would recommend Funt Aesthetics to any and every body whether it be for surgery or anything else, regardless who is taking care of you you're always in good hands there. I've never been more sure of a decision than I am to have gotten my surgery done by them. read more

Dr. Funt wonderfully revised a breast lift & minor reduction I had done somewhere else 10 years ago. My first experience 10 years ago left me with horrible placement and extensive scaring... they looked completely unnatural and my sensation was either non-existent or very painful. Just 2 weeks after the procedure with Dr. Funt, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I began regaining some sensation back and they now look so natural a family member told me it looks like I've had them this way my whole life! Not only do I feel confident about the way the "girls" look now but Dr. Funt was able to reverse some of the damage I received from the horrible experience I endured at another place. Also! the entire staff is not only helpful and kind but also very compassionate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Funt and his staff to anyone looking for a procedure. read more

I went to Dr. Funt for a rhinoplasty. If you want something done right, he is the person to go to. While the change was drastic to me, it is natural and fits my face perfectly. Looks like it should have always been there! I was super concerned about my nose looking 'done' or fake and right before surgery he reassured me that he doesn't 'overdo' the nose. I cannot stress how thrilled I am with the end result!! Also, his office staff is so friendly and wonderful and really makes sure you're cared for. Highly recommend. read more

I have been here once or twice for injectables and finally decided to get my upper lids done. I had a consultation and put a deposit down but chickened out. Just want to say how incredibly happy I am with the results of my surgery. I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant that changed my life. Although I was content with my appearance, I knew there were subtle changes that could enhance my self image. Dr Funt made a world of difference - with gentle and appropriate changes that improved my appearance and were appropriate to my own personal nuances. No one actually knew what was different but complimented me and said "how great I looked". That was exactly what I wanted. I was still me, but a refined version of me. I felt completely comfortable with him - he listened to and respected my concerns. I actually enjoyed our rapport and our follow up visits. In fact, he will be performing breast reduction surgery on my older sister this December and has done breast augmentation on my mother. I would highly recommend him for anyone considering plastic surgery. He listened to my concerns, valued my opinion and discussed/reassured me regarding my procedure. read more
