I have been going to Dr. Cameron Rokhsar for over 15 years for my annual skin check ups. His level of diligence has always given me an incredible sense of trust and confidence. He identified several moles that turned out to be precancerous, which he then removed with great precision and care. I also go to him for botox. He always ensured it looks natural. My 10 year daughter has gone to him for wart removal and getting a skin tab removed. He made her feel so comfortable and at ease talking to her and educating her about the procedures. I can't say enough about my experience with him and his whole team. He is truly a pioneer in the industry. Staying ahead of the latest techniques and innovations. Dr. Rokhsar is well-qualified and I'm sure does great work, however I feel that his office participates in what I would call predatory practices. The office will not give you an estimated cost for the procedure you are interested in and has you schedule a $250 consultation with the Dr. where he spent a few minutes in the room and then was able to easily tell me the cost of the procedure. As a physician, I knew his cost would be on the high-end but it ended up being triple the "average cost." So, if anyone is interested in under-eye vein removal, the cost is $3750 to save you the $250 consultation fee. I urge the practice to become a bit more transparent with pricing. read more

The front desk women are rude completely unprompted. I'm sure it's because they deal with a bunch of frustrated patients all day, especially dealing with someone as crooked as Dr. Rokshar. But that doesn't give you the right to be nasty to people who haven't done anything to you. Secondly, this office's prices are EXCESSIVE and borderline predatory. They will try their darndest to quote your insurance far above industry standards to see what they can get away with. Which, in turn, makes your bill sky high as well. Very evil man with wicked business practices. From the very start of the video interview until the end of it, he was RUDE, PUSHY, AND UNHELPFUL. I had to request a immediate REFUND. On the intake document, there's a list of questions about services that they offer that you would like information about. During the interview, however, he said he didn't have the list handy to answer my questions about the things that I took my time to put on the list. Then, when I asked a question about things without the list as he instructed me to do, he became upset and asked what did one thing have to do with the other regarding different procedures. Listen sir, you're SUPPOSEDLY the professional doctor and should respond to the questions of potential clients in a friendly and courteous manner. He gave snotty looks at me as handled me as if he was a wicked RACIST. Definitely NOT Recommended! Repent and surrender your wicked heart and mind to Jesus Christ you bad doctor. read more

Dr. Rokhsar was incredibly rude, and unprofessional, and has no regard for keeping up with COVID guidelines. He came in with no mask and proceeded to lean his hand on the chair I was sitting on to hover over me to check his computer while barely acknowledging my presence. He was very short with me when I asked questions and used lots of medical terms as if I was supposed to know dermatology language and so I had to keep asking him to clarify. Overall, I got a bad vibe and decided not to continue with a procedure that I needed and chose another dermatologist instead. read more

I just had under eye filler with Dr. Rokhsar yesterday. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. The results literally took 10 years off! As a fellow Dermatologist I respect Dr. Rokhsar's honest and very straight-forward assessments of what is needed and where! To address some of the other reviews listed, I don't think a doctor should be penalized for being very decisive and skilled to the point of being able to quickly start and finish a procedure. Dr. Rokhsar feels very comfortable making gratuitously nasty comments about his patients to their face. I was like wait did he really say what I heard. NASTY. Months after my procedure his office called me to tell me they were charging my credit card for what my insurance company should have covered. If a simple dermatological procedure is all you need done, say a pilar cyst removal, this is not your place. As a Nurse, I understand Dr. R is a busy man with many patients to see, but that doesn't excuse a poor bedside manner, not only from Dr. R, but the staff at the back of the office. I left this office feeling as if what I had done was beneath Dr. R and that he had better things to do. Absolutely no communication during the procedure... "Ok, I'm going to inject you with lidocaine now" or, "Do you mind if this random person who just came into the room who hasn't introduced themselves watches what I do"? I went in with an almost unnoticeable cyst on my scalp and left with a reddened noticeable bump because Dr. R was so rushed that he failed to remove the whole cyst. read more

My experience with Dr. Rokhsar has been excellent. He was kind, caring, and professional. I had Mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma on my face. He helped make a traumatic experience so much easier because of his reassurance and pleasant disposition. The staff there has also been friendly and welcoming. There was a minor misunderstanding that was dealt with quickly and amicably by the office manager. I never had to wait long for my appointments. They are very efficient with scheduling. My wound seems to be healing well and I expect the scar to fade with time because of Dr. Rokhsar's expertise. I'm very glad he was recommended to me. read more

I came here for some filler under my eyes. I was referred by my dermo so I thought I was safe but I should have looked at reviews beforehand. What you have read is completely, absolutely 100% true. He is arrogant, dismissive and impatient. I asked questions as its my FACE and he just seemed annoyed and would not answer them or give very short, one word answers. During the procedure I asked where exactly are you going to be injecting and he snapped Oh you don't need to know that! Um. What?!! Yes I do need to know it's my FACE not yours. Did not go through the procedure with me at all prior or prepare me in any way. He just started jabbing away as I was saying wait I need to know what you're going to do. He did not care, he just wanted to finish and get to his next patient. More patients he can squeeze in the more $$$$ he can make. That's literally all you are to him. As soon as the procedure was done he was like ok you can leave! WTF?? Can I not have 5 mins to just sit and let this process?? THEN as I was escorted out I go up to the front desk and ask when I should come back for my follow up, the response I got was Oh there's no follow up unless you have some reason to come back. Huh??? Dr. Rokhsar is a highly skilled dermatologist that I have absolute trust in his judgement and abilities.I have had 12 Mohs procedures with him .He is an artist at suturing after the removal of the skin cancer.I have a hard time even finding the Mohs sites on my skin. Not happy at all with his services. I went to him for injections and he completely missed the areas to inject. After he left the room and I looked in a mirror I had to have the nurse get him and have him come back and do it again. He over injected first area that didn't even require injection so I had a bump and underinjected the problem area. I went back after two weeks for a touch up and he still underinjected the problem area. I told him that it wasn't enough and he said that was the best he could do. Waste of $1,000. read more
