It is hard to find doctors that have excellent, five-star bedside manner, but Dr. Cheryl Karcher is one of them. I finally decided I was ready to try out Botox, but I knew I wanted to go to someone who is an expert at it. She came highly recommended to me by multiple people and I am SO glad I chose to go to her! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Karcher and my overall experience. I went to see Dr. Cheryl Karcher at the Center for Aesthetics in Union Square last week for a Botox appointment. I purchased a 50% off Botox promotion that was offered around the holidays. I waited to do the treatment for my birthday because I wanted to look refreshed because I was turning 38! When I got to Dr Karcher's office I was so impressed by the Beautiful decor and how unbelievably nice the front desk receptionist was. Upon filling out my paperwork and letting the woman know what I was there for, I had an extremely nice medical assistant by the name of Katherine bring me into the office and speak of what it was that I was interested in doing. I explained that I wanted Botox and that I was nervous and that I wanted to look refreshed and not like a monster. She was so professional and of course understanding of my concerns. When Dr Karcher entered the room it was like a breath of fresh air. She has and unbelievable bedside manner and I was never more comfortable in a nerve racking situation. She was really sweet and showed that she wasn't just a doctor but that she was a real person and that to me was the most reassuring component of the visit. She was extremely gentle and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Karcher explained to me in detail what to expect of the treatment and to come in within two weeks so that she can see the results and do touchups if needed. I am now a week out and I look beautiful LOL. The results are perfect. I feel five years younger and I definitely will continue to treat with Dr. Cheryl Karcher. I've been seeing Dr. Cheryl Karcher for almost a year now, the office is so cute It's tucked away in a super convenient location boasting a nice little view of union square, which is very convenient when the farmers market is going, the staff are all friendly, warm & stylish. I initially came in for just some general upkeep, Botox, some filler... Dr. Karcher listened to my concerns & offered me some solutions, we did filler in my jawline which seems scary but it's a game changing treatment and v painless, my main concern were my eyes, she added filler to the temple which really helped bring volume the the area as well as under my eyes, we did filler in my lips. At one point I decided I wanted to get a little more filler in my lips and went to a reputable place in LA, the provider overfilled, I was super unhappy w my results so I went back to Dr. Karcher and she dissolved the overfilled area & touched up my lips. She is super honest & her eye for detail is renowned. Going back soon for some laser treatments. I normally do not post but I have to because if anyone is looking for a wonderful Doctor I have found her! I went in to see Dr. Karcher upon a referral and prior to this appointment I had some work done that I was unhappy with and I was told she could make me look better :) Well she did and she is a wonderful doctor with an amazing bed side manner. I've been seeing Dr Karcher for the last five years and I don't know how I was functioning before!! She's incredibly kind and smart and also calming if you're like me and get antsy before certain services. I see her for Botox for both cosmetic reasons and to alleviate my migraines and until I came to her I never realized how poorly my old dermatologist was treating my migraines! I also somehow worked up the nerve to do chin lipo and it was the absolute best decision I've ever made in my life. She explained the entire process thoroughly and it was surprisingly incredibly easy. Her staff were also really helpful throughout my recovery and available for any questions I had. Woohoo! As good as it gets! Dr. Karcher is amazing! My wife's entire face broke out in a rash from a SPA facial while on vacation and while trying all different remedies for three days which were only making it worse. Not even benadryl helped. Her face was completely covered in pimples and red blotches. Dr. Karcher knew in 1 second exactly what to prescribe to clear it up and of course it went right away.
