Dr. Sanghvi truly cares about his patients. If I have any concerns I have he addresses it right away. They are already thinking about the next patient. Not Dr. Mintz. You are his main priority when he is in the room. The office personnel are so helpful and caring, as well. If there is a problem with insurance or paperwork, they will take the time to walk you through on what to do. The nursing staff is well trained and there is never a problem with them taking blood or doing the pre-testing. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an internist. I was there for almost 2 hours and would have been there longer if I didn't walk out while waiting for the doctor to come back into the room. I voiced my frustration to the receptionist about my current visit and past visits, and her response was that is how it is and if I told the doctor he wouldn't care. I like Dr. P but the lack of regard for people's time is making me consider switching doctors.
