When I went for my visit I was transferring between 2 out of state insurances who both were denying that they were responsible for the payment of my exam. Months later Aman calls me and explains that she has been fighting these insurance companies for months on my behalf. Over the next 3/4 months her and I went back and forth with these other companies arguing over who was responsible for the payment plans; she provided all of the documents I needed to rightfully dispute this with lawyers involved. Due to her records, her diligence when it came to an absolute stranger we somehow beat TWO huge insurance companies and I rightfully didn't have to pay for the exam. It is nice to finally see someone who doesn't just take the easy way out. She could've argued with me that I have to pay because the insurance company says so. Instead she helped out over the course of almost a year despite never meeting me. I owe you Aman, thank you for all your help! Thank you to Dr. Lewandoski's office for being so great not only when it came to my medical recommendations, but also the administration practices.

The front reception staff stand, welcome you and have smiling eyes. You sense a feeling of comfort here. They work with most insurance plans. The provider greets, welcomes and makes you feel as ease upon entry. Making eye contact without a terminal was the best part of the visit to this office. You will feel cared for, cared about and genuinely trust this facility and the provider for exemplary health care under one roof. His office is sometimes a very long wait time but it's because he spends time with each patient. Ive seen women yell and complain in the office and honestly you don't know if there is a woman inside a room dealing with a complicated pregnancy, a miscarriage, or another health issue. People need to get a grip. The wait is worth it. Bring a book for goodness sake! That being said Dr. P is very sweet, dedicated, and helpful. He knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable during my pregnancy. And he was great during delivery. Highly recommend his office!

They would not accommodate. They had my ssn if they were worried about nonpayment. Billing me would've been the best customer service solution. I rarely carry cash as I know others are the same. I want in for a rapid COVID test…read more First the positive, the check in process was quick and the wait time was minimal. The PA who checked my bp & took the swab was pleasant & professional. After about 15 mins I hear someone outside the door asking the PA about the test results and hear her say 'negative' he repeated 'it's negative' In walks Dr. Shahid Noor who says 'your test was negative' and hands me a form saying as such. So it's all good right? Well, in addition to getting a bill by CityMD, which was expected. I got a bill from Dr. Noor for $300 !!! He literally asked the PA for the results, signed a form and handed it me. Nice payment for literally doing nothing but signing a form. Will NOT be returning for anything to either that location or any other CityMD location if I can possibly avoid it.
