She makes things so much harder and difficult to get to Dr Sophia. It feels like you're a bother when u call. Refills: Whenever u need a refill, it requires a call from Dr. other offices I call and they refill. At some point, naturally you need an appointment. Ever since Covid she stopped seeing patience in office. If you call it's not encouraged. Dr Sophia is also away, often. I feel like whatever u suggest something you think you may need, she'll just agree with you. It's too easy so you don't know if she's giving you something just because u suggested? I sometimes wanted to know her opinion. She's the Dr. yeah, like I said, very nice person but the way things are run, needs much improvement.

She could tell that I hadn't been taking care of myself. She pushed me a bit, to get a Mammogram, and then some additional testing. Very early Breast Cancer was discovered. After surgery, I will not need to do chemo or radiation.

I would verify her qualifications given her website promotes all sorts cosmetic services and awards that I can't imagine how she received after seeing how she runs her practice as well as treats new and existing patients. Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.

First off, I just want to say that Dr. Korobow herself means well and is knowledgeable. She takes…read moreher time on her patients and you don't feel rushed. However, I have had countless appointments cancelled on me, which completely set back the sequence of my allergy shots. It is also impossible to get in contact with the office and it drags you through steps before you reach a human. The nurses are extremely transient and often change annually. I have been going for three years and for something that is such a big commitment, you need an office that will be easy to visit frequently. This is not it. They have cancelled on me three times in the last two months. They will then come back to tell me I have to lower my dose because I missed weeks when THEY are the reasons I missed injections. They have one day a week that is a late night, so if you work later than 4:15pm good luck getting an appointment on a different day if they cancel their late nights for that week. I don't usually leave negative reviews, and I truly didn't want to, but this office is a disaster.

There is no sense of customer service or coordination of care and definitely not a hint of any desire to help. The burden is on you to do everything (e.g., check insurance coverage with referrals, fax medical records, update their office listings in insurer's directories), so I wouldn't trust physicians who don't check for quality in the staff they hire to do nothing to attract and retain patients except make their lives miserable simply because they can get away with it. I'll take family's health and business elsewhere. Someone who treats patients this poorly can't possibly reflect well for the physicians caring about someone's health if they let this pass for customer care. I don't even want to imagine the potential nightmare of dealing with staff who have no sensitivity for dealing with seniors and their complications.
